The ensuite bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV, and a closet. It is located just two steps away from an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The beautiful east-facing patio opens to stunning golf course views. The patio includes a three-burner BBQ grill, a dining table for six, and two chaise lounges for relaxation and reading. On cooler nights, you can enjoy sitting next to the fireplace with a glass of wine. The community pool and spa are conveniently located just 200 feet away. The Palm Desert Resort Country Club offers a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools and spas, and a clubhouse.
