This unit features a newly furnished patio located on the 8th-hole fairway. Outdoor dining table seats six persons, enjoy dinner or lunch al fresco with your loved ones! Or relax and enjoy a glass of wine around the firepit while watching beautiful desert sunsets! The Community Pool, spa, and gym are 200 feet from the unit, perfect for catching some sun!

INDOORS

The living room features views of the golf course and open floor plan. The kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room. Enjoy a game or a TV show on the 55in. Smart TV with your guests! The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals! Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Garage features parking for two vehicles. Enjoy all the comforts of home away from home!

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Located down the hall from the living room are two bedrooms. Main bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, en suite bathroom with a walk-in whirlpool tub. The main bedroom features a private patio for some peace. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, and shares the hallway bath and shower. Guest bedroom features a large closet and a ceiling fan. Connected to the living room is a small bedroom, featuring a queen murphy bed that can also serve as a desk.

THINGS TO DO

2 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 5 miles to Living Desert, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals). 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport 2.5 hours to San Diego, L.A. and Disneyland.

Perfect Condo (Almost)

My wife and I, for the second year in a row, thoroughly enjoyed staying in the beautiful Palm Desert condo at the Oasis Country Club. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need. The condo sits on the eighth tee-box which is a very fun location to watch all the golfers up close. The owner continues to make improvements that make this condo even more special. Our only criticism is that a next door owner allows “renters” to arrive for the weekends of Coachella and Stagecoach who are disruptive, play loud music, and in general think that rowdy “spring break “ behavior is acceptable at the Oasis CC. I might emphasize again that our property manager and owner are incredibly responsive and helpful in every way including trying to find ways to curb the poor behavior of the “party” group next door on Festival weekends.

It was like an oasis in the desert!

It was a wonderful home in he Oasis Country Club, situated on the 8th hole. We watched the golfers come and go, sometimes swear, and play this par 3 hole. The house was nicely renovated, and the kitchen had more gadgets and appliances than my own kitchen. It was very clean, light and bright and we had house cleaning service halfway through our time there. We really enjoyed the outdoor conversation set with a gas fire pit. It was a perfect fit for us.
