The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa, two large chairs, a big Smart TV with cable, a fireplace, a wet bar, a ceiling fan, and access to the back patio. The dining area, which accommodates four people, is open to the kitchen via a pass-through counter, making entertaining easy. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. Please note that the new kitchen will be completed in September 2024. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer available for your use.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with two nightstands and lamps, two large closets, views of the Northwest Greenbelt area, a walk-out to the back patio, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a water closet, and a large soaking tub/shower combination.The guest bedroom features a queen bed with two nightstands and lamps, a smart TV, and a view of the front entry area. The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and off the dining area. It features a walk-in shower.

OUTOOR

The back patio features northwestern exposure and outdoor dining for four, as well as a propane Weber grill. The closest community pool and spa is less than 40 feet away from the back patio. You can easily walk to the pool; it's only 40 feet away! Desert Falls is a beautiful area for walking, swimming, playing tennis, or enjoying a round of golf!
