Sweet & Salty is a brand new five-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 12 in the quaint community of Village at Tannin. Offering you the choice of four king beds and a bunk bedroom that sleeps four. You are sure to find all the comforts of a great stay. This beautiful, newly constructed home is very nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, beautifully tiled walk-in showers, and cool coastal furnishings reminding you that you are just steps from the beach, with deeded access to the world-famous beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. You are sure to enjoy all aspects of your vacation.

This five-bedroom, 4.5-bath two-story home has three-car max parking and is located in a quiet and quaint newly developed neighborhood with cobblestone roads and a community pool. This house and area have everything you could need for a perfect, fun, memorable, and relaxing vacation!

Sweet & Salty is beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and Samsung Televisions in every room. There is plenty of space on the main level for everyone with its open floor plan, ten-foot ceilings, and eight-foot doors. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch hardwired wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV and has a full-service cable. There is an additional family room on the 2nd level, with a 65-inch wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV, and it is a perfect gathering spot for the kids and their gaming devices. The living room is open to additional seating from the kitchen and dining to accommodate everyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped to provide service for 12 or more guests, offering high-quality cookware, small appliances, including a coffee pot/Keurig duo, and upgraded full-size stainless-steel appliances.

For dining, you will enjoy the extra-long hardwood table with seating for ten and four additional barstools at the granite kitchen bar.

This main living area has a powder room, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and front and side door entry for your convenience and easy access to the gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating. You will need to provide your propane for the BBQ grill. **Standard size**

The primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached bath with tiles and a walk-in shower is on the 1st level. The second floor has the remaining four bedrooms, two of which have attached bathrooms, all with 9-foot ceilings, wall-mounted Samsung Smart TVs. There is one full size hall bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom five has two sets of twin over-twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

You will love that an outdoor shower is attached to the home to make it easier to wash off the sand from your feet after a long day at the beach.

Lastly, the Village at Tannin has limited parking available. Parking is restricted to the three cars parked on the parking pad or the graveled spaces to the front of the home.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
