Stream some Jimmy Buffet & you’re like a Cheeseburger in Paradise. Sway in the hammock, breathe in the fresh healing salt air of the ocean breezes & exhale all of life’s worries. When you are ready for a dip, do a pre-rinse in the outdoor shower & a few feet away is a symbol of simple pleasures & relaxation. Picture that water as blue as the sky & as clean & sparkling as crystal. While playing in this inground saltwater pool, listen to the delight of the children’s laughter. You are between the 30th Place West & 39th Place West free public entry points to paddle the Davis Canal/Montgomery Slough. Anglers can find many pockets where various species of fish gather, especially under docks & in the grassy marsh areas. The Slough is a popular spot to watch the sunset over the water & marshlands. This 4 bedroom home on 2 levels offers an open floor plan that is perfect for family gatherings, gal getaways or a guy’s fishing or golf trip. On the main level you enter the open concept living/dining/kitchen areas that feel bright & airy with the cathedral ceilings. With all the windows, it is flooded with natural light & you can see the ocean before you ever put on your swimsuit. In the living area get comfortable on the large sectional sofa. Stream a movie, just add popcorn! The large coffee table is well suited to the wide variety of games to play or puzzles to be assembled. Perhaps you want to go on 1 of the 4 decks with your morning coffee & get lost in one of the several genres of beach reads to choose from. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked including a food processor, drip coffee maker, 4 bagel-sized slice toaster & large stock pot to make the low country seafood boils our coast is known for. Whether caught or bought, put that fish on the large propane grill downstairs for a little extra flavor.
