Enter to an Open Concept Kitchen, Living & Dining areas. The well-stocked Kitchen makes preparation simple. The kitchen bar gives more prep area & space for easy serving with a buffet. The Living area has plenty of comfortable seating. There are lots of games to play (kids & adults) & puzzles to assemble on the coffee table. Watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV or play one of the movies on the DVD Player.
Oak Island is a family-oriented beach with a large variety of activities to choose from. Not only can you play in the sand & sun, but there are museums, parks, concerts, a skateboard park, a splash pad, 2 piers & a large variety of restaurants & shopping opportunities. Nearby Southport is a walking town. Park & within a short stroll are eateries from breakfast, lunch, coffee & a muffin to seafood with a view & upscale dinner. In the heart of Southport, you can visit various beautiful parks, art galleries, museums, the visitor center & charming shops. One could spend an entire day browsing all the unique little stores. Sit in the swings on the waterfront & watch as the cargo ships enter the mouth of the Cape Fear River headed to the Port of Wilmington. Feel the healing salubrious breezes Southport is known for. Southport & Oak Island host several festivals during the year. Within 20 minutes you can stroll the colonial streets of Old Brunswick Town. The Cape Fear River made this town a port long before Wilmington became one. It’s all a part of the Southport / Oak Island experience.
The 2 Bedrooms sleep 4 & a Pull-Out Sofa sleeps 2 more. Bedroom #1 has a Queen. There is a TV & a closet to unpack. The Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower combination. The Full-Sized Washer/Dryer mean you don’t have to pack as much & can save room in your luggage for souvenirs. Bedroom #2 is the Primary with a Queen & EnSuite (Tub/Shower). This bedroom also has a TV, dresser & closet to unpack your vacation outfits. With an Ocean View, the Primary also has a sliding glass door to the deck. Smell that fresh salt air that you only dreamed of until now.
Take your coffee in the morning or favorite beverage in the evening onto the Ocean View Deck. Relax as you listen to the waves crashing just across the street. There are 2 seating areas on the deck to enjoy the sights, sounds & aromas of the Sea. This is where you will Seas the Oak’asion on Oak Island.

-Dog Friendly, limit of 2 dogs, must be crated when left alone in condo. All dogs must be up to date on shots, and on a flea & tick regiment. $200 pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival at the condo. Failure to pay the pet fee when bringing a dog breaks house rules and forfeiture of reservation.

-Must be 25 years or older to rent property
-Golf carts allowed on premise, but there are no outlets to charge the golf cart.
-1 external camera. Ring door bell at front door only used when vacant.
--Please Read**Elevator Update: A new elevator is being installed in Mid-July, the schedule is continuously updating, but anticipated to have the work completed by the End of September. The construction will be continuing through the month of August. If you book a stay during this timeframe, please be aware of the potential inconvenience from noise. Refunds will not be issued for anything relating to the elevator.
*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if these new rules are not followed. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO PARKING AT PUBLIC ACCESS POINTS, NOT PARKING AT THE CONDO. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PASS FOR 2 VEHICLES WHEN PARKING WITHIN THE PROPERTY OF THE CONDO COMPLEX AT NO ADDITIONAL COST*

The beds in the 2 bedrooms will be made and ready for use. The pull out sofa is an optional bed and sheets are not supplied. If you need sheets for this, please notify us at time of booking.
