There are Front Covered Porches, Upstairs & Down. Downstairs is a Generously Sized Game Room with a Myriad of Active Games: Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Darts, Corn Hole, a Large Jenga game, Comfy Seating & a Large Screen TV. There is an adjoining Half Bath. Just off the Game Room is a Back Screened Porch with String Lights which give a Warm & Welcoming Vibe. The Sizable Enclosed Backyard Features Whimsical Yard Art, Tropical Plants, a Hammock for Two & a Fire Pit with Seating. When Washing Off the Salt & Sand, it’s more fun in an Outdoor Shower with the Sprayer Mounted on a Surfboard.
Enter Upstairs into a Spacious Living Area with lots of Comfortable Seating. The Gallery Wall of Coastal Photos Draws you in. This is the spot where Your Group will Assemble to Watch their Favorite Shows/Movies on the Large Screen TV & Plan the Next Day’s Adventure. Gather for Meals in the Dining Area Conveniently Close & Open to the Fully Stocked Kitchen. The Sliding Doors not only Allow Natural Light but Lead to the Open Deck with a Propane Grill & a Seating Area. Small Appliances include Drip Coffee Maker, Blender, Hand Mixer & Toaster. Attractive Oyster Plates are available for those who enjoy theirs on the half shell.

Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.
