This gorgeous home with its 180 degrees of unobstructed ocean views has it all. With the pool, elevator, 2 large decks with ample outdoor seating and 12 beds with sleeping for 16, you will think you are in paradise.
This home has an inverted floor plan with the Primary bedroom on the second floor with a private access to the deck. The Guest room #1 is also on the second floor and also has a private access to the second floor deck. There are 2 more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen size bed and the other with 4 bunk beds. The laundry room with washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.
On the third floor you are greeted by a large family room, kitchen and dining area as well as the spectacular views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. The chef's kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances - don't forget the wet bar with wine refrigerator. The large dining table has seating for 12 with seating for another 6 at the kitchen bar. There is a 70" Smart TV in the family room and Smart flat screen TV's in all of the other bedrooms. There is even a wood burning fireplace. Additional appliances include a kitchen aid mixer, coffee maker, electric kettle, Ninja 2 Bay Air Fryer, Nutrition-Bullet Blender,
3 Tier Steamer toaster, waffle maker, panini maker, croque pot, cuisinart, 15QT boiling pot w/Lid, 8 QT White Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven Pot, 8, 10 and 12” cooking pans with lids, 4 QT Cooking pot with Lid and rice maker. There is a SONOS wireless speaker system where you can easily connect to enjoy your favorite music inside or outside on the deck or by the pool. On the top deck there is a gas grill and a large outdoor dining table with seating for 8. There is even a new Pack and Play Childs multi-level playpen/crib (in downstairs hallway closet) and a new portable child’s gate for the stairs (also in downstairs hallway closet).
Grab a drink and relax in the comfortable chairs while you admire the amazing views of the ocean. There is an abundance of outside sitting areas and time spent at the beach is time well spent.
The beach is only 1 block away where you can spend the day using the provided beach chairs and then come home to relax in the pool after a fun day at the beach.

The senior center that is across from Food Lion has "Blessings Box" where unused nonperishables can be found and donated. Please consider leaving any non-perish there at the end of your trip rather than waste! The box is located on the side of the senior center. Thank you!
*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*

3. No pets allowed. If you break house rules and bring a dog, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
4. No diving in the pool. You are responsible for everyone staying in the home. iTrip and owners are not liable for any injuries that occur.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm. This is a quiet area and request quiet hours of 4pm-8am. This includes loud music/ sounds or talking that escalates beyond normal conversation. Please use common sense and respect the neighbors on the street. For many of them this is their home.
8. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings and appliances in the house. You will be responsible to pay for damages that may happen during your stay.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. Vehicles with loud aftermarket exhaust/ modifications & Subwoofer speakers being used are not permitted at this property.
16. All beach towels need to be cleaned before your departure. The cleaning fee does not cover beach towels.
