An exquisite custom-built PRIVATE lakeside retreat with INFINITY POOL and HOT TUB, outdoor fireplace, and grill. Perfect home for Family escapes, multi-family vacations, and remote working. Sleeps 12 comfortably.
Fully stocked custom home offering 5,000+ sq ft across three stories with breathtaking views of the lake. This sophisticated home offers perfect space for lake living and entertaining with the open gourmet kitchen with a huge island, spacious dining area, and great room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
A full sound system is available throughout the interior and exterior of the home. There are more than enough areas to entertain or relax inside and outside. You will often see windsurfers, fishing, and ice skaters on the lake but please note that you will not see motorboats! They are not allowed which keeps the lake very peaceful.
The home is located a short distance from local breweries, wineries, boat rentals, grocery stores, coffee, and shopping. And if you want to hit the Big Apple, New York City is 75 miles away.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR SUNNY DAY

Upper Level:
- Luxurious Primary Bedroom, King Sized Bed, and a private bathroom including an infinity soaking tub and beautiful walk-in shower.
- 2 Rooms w/ queen beds both with private bathrooms. Laundry Room. Amazing views of the Lake.
Main Level:
- Office space with pull-out queen bed, doors for privacy (half bath on main level, guests using office for sleeping will use full bath one floor up or floor down)
Lower Level:
-2 king-size bedrooms with bathrooms, workout room, and entertainment room great for movies or kids hangout with air hockey table and games. Walk out to the pool.
- Cribs in lower-level bedrooms for the convenience of those traveling with young ones. Linens are provided for cribs upon request.

Main Level:
- House is secured by an Alarm system and 24 Fire and Carbon monoxide detection.
- Grand entrance
- Modern Kitchen with island, and bar eating space, stocked with all the essential tools for grilling, baking and/or making cocktails by the pool. Of course, there is a Keurig coffee maker and a Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee pot.
- Mudroom entrance.
- Living Room is perfect for playing games, watching movies, or just catching up with family and friends.
- Large Dining Area with seating for 10 and can expand to seat 14!
- Office/Den private for remote working and with pull-out Queen bed for extra sleeping.
- Powder room (there is no full bath on the main level)
- Billiards room w/ with full bar, including a bar sink
- French doors lead you out to a sunroom overlooking the lake
- Walk out onto the deck with many seating options, an outdoor fireplace, and a grill.
- High chairs are available, and there is a gate at the top of the basement stairs for child safety.
Lower Level:
Workout room and entertainment room are great for movies or kids hang out with an air hockey table and games.
Walk out to pool.
Cribs for both lower level rooms for the convenience of those traveling with young ones.
Outside:
- Ultimate lakefront living features an oversized deck with a fireplace and grilling area off of the main level overlooking the infinity pool and spa.
- Pool and Hot Tub are open seasonally. It is anticipated that they will be open mid-April through October but will depend on spring thaw and winter freeze. We can not guarantee pool opening/closing dates in advance. Please note that weather can change quickly and decisions to close the pool may happen last min. if requested by professionals. The pool and spa work together and one will not be available without the other.
- A double staircase leads to the pool-level patio with another fireplace.
- At the water's edge are a boathouse and a large dock.
- Owner has lifejackets, beach chairs, towels, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards and a kayak for guest use. Lifejacks, paddles and fishing poles shared with the house next door.
Garage for 2 cars. NO Cars w/ Rooftop Storage are permitted in the garage. The driveway can accommodate 6 cars, depending on size. There is no street parking allowed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Pool and hot tub expected to be available mid-April through October, dependent on Spring thaw and winter freeze.
- Pool heater does not constantly run. Per request pool can be heated for an additional fee. Fee is based on market rates at the time of your stay. This fee will be charged after booking. - Strong Wifi perfect for remote working
- Pets will be considered. Prior approval is required. A $50/night per pet fee will be added. Unapproved pets will be charged a minimum of $250. Airbnb guests will be charged pet fee after booking is made, and pet is approved.
- Beach towels are available during pool season.
- Outdoor fireplaces are available all year long. Firewood can be purchased at local grocery and gas stations.
- The starter amenity pack includes shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent to get you started with your stay.
- Fresh linens and towels. There is no daily cleaning service.
- Fishing all year round on Taunton Lake... ice fishing in January and February.
- Lake use is at your own risk.
- Baby gear included: Baby Bath, Step Stool, 2 high chairs, 2 crips with linens, potty seat.

SURVEILLANCE
For your safety, a security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door. The camera is facing towards the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. We do not monitor this camera during guest stays. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the property.

ITEMS LEFT ON PROPERTY
Any items left that a guest wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a fee.
AUTHORIZED PETS ONLY
Pets are allowed with prior authorization; guests must inform us of any pets before arrival. An additional pet fee of $50 per approved pet per day applies after booking (rates negotiable for stays longer than 5 days). Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Pets must never be left alone in the home unless crated. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A min. charge for $350 will be applied to bookings with unauthorized pets.
We require at least one party member to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age!
FALSIFIED RESERVATION
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for the temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to restore them as soon as possible.
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
NO PARTIES or ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
ENTRY BY OWNER
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed-upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. The owner will provide the renter with at least 24 hours' notice of the Owner's intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. Violations of our noise or the maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rent. Depending on the severity of a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest who booked the property, someone will show up to, at a minimum, issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rent. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal.
PARKING
There is parking for 6 cars. There is NO street parking.
HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
MAINTENANCE
Report any maintenance needs for the premises to us, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit or automatically billed to the card you used. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
SECURITY CAMERAS
There are RING cameras on the front door. RING is used to monitor the exterior of the home and does not face any of the common outdoor living spaces. There are no cameras inside the home.
FIREPIT
The fire pit is available for guest use at their discretion. Guest must provide their own firewood; none is provided. Fires must be attended to at all times and extinguished when no longer in use.
FIREPLACE
The fireplace is not operational from May - October.
POOL/SPA/LAKE
Swimming in the pool/spa/lake is permitted but entirely at your own risk. Please exercise caution and be responsible for your safety while enjoying the lake. By choosing to swim, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Any paddleboards, kayaks, and/or lifejackets used must be returned to their original location. The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day and typically opens earlier and closes later, depending on the weather. The pool can be heated upon request when operational. A fee of approximately $125 per night (rate dependent on market rate at the time of stay) to heat the pool. Guests can opt-in to heat the pool at any time. The guest can adjust the hot tub from a remote inside the house throughout their stay.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss, or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties, or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors, or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at their discretion at any time.
