WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
Pets are not allowed.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Due to safety considerations and to ensure a peaceful environment, we cannot accommodate children. To reserve, guests must be twenty-five (25) years old. The occupancy is two (2) adults.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoors.
DO YOU PROVIDE BREAKFAST OR DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
We do not offer breakfast or daily housekeeping services. However, we highly recommend Buttermilk Cafe or Kora Kora nearby for delicious dining options.
WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM*
Check-out is at 11:00 AM*
*Early check-in or late check-out may be added for an additional $50 fee if the property is available. Please inquire before your stay so our team members can coordinate your request.
ARE GUESTS VERIFIED?
Guests may be asked to submit a valid ID to verify their identity. Failure to submit documentation when requested will result in a canceled reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change. Please thoroughly review the Cancellation Policy before booking. Additionally, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your trip should a last-minute emergency or unexpected event arise.

- Pool Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Wristbands are required in the pool area.
- There is no lifeguard on duty; guests may swim at their own risk.
- Glass containers and drink bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
- Guests must wear appropriate swim attire. Street clothes, including jeans and shirts, are not allowed in the pool.
- All guests must shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
- Diving is not permitted to ensure the safety of all guests. The pool is designed for recreational swimming only.
- Running or rough play in the pool area is prohibited to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Guests should not bring food or drinks into the pool.
- No loud music; please keep noise levels at a minimum to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
- Large inflatable rafts, balls, or other large objects are not allowed in the pool area.
- Guests with contagious illnesses or open wounds should not enter the pool.
- Guests are expected to comply with all posted pool rules. Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the pool area.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, and/or payment.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited (including outdoors). Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if policy is violated.
RULES
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Adults only; children are not allowed.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- No barbeque grills are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames i.e, candle burning, is permitted.
- Park in designated areas; do not park on grass.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Texas, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
- No outside guests. Tenants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for exceeding sleeping capacity (2).
- Linens and towels are not to be taken from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to the guest. There is a one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive dirt.
- Please report any maintenance needs. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues.
POOL AND PATIO AREAS
Tenant acknowledges that the pool and patios/decks can be dangerous areas. The tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the pool and patio areas.
