This incredible home in the very popular Homeport neighborhood of Navarre Beach is now being offered as a vacation rental for the first time! This home truly has something for everyone in the family and is perfect for your crew's next trip to the area.
The spacious single family home sits on the north end of Santa Rosa Island next to a protected wildlife area. This provides extra privacy and amazing island views. From the back of the house there are spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Sound. There is a neighborhood dock on the Sound where you can fish or launch kayaks and paddle boards. There is also a large community pool for cooling off. The white, sugary sands of Navarre Beach are just a few minutes away from this gorgeous home. The included 4 seater golf cart makes getting there a breeze! There are also 2 kayaks provided for paddling around the Santa Rosa Sound.
Inside is a spacious layout with a large living room, updated gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The living room features a comfortable layout with 2 couches, a recliner, a huge smart TV, a Nintendo Switch, and much more. Just off the living room is a glass sunroom with a dining table and a portable AC has been added for extra comfort. The kitchen has been updated with modern touches and all stainless steel appliances. The gas stove also has child locks in place. There are two bedrooms on the front of the house. One is a comfortable queen bedroom with a smart TV. The other is a twin bunk room with an additional twin trundle. In the bunk room there is a custom made arcade game that contains over 16,000 classic and modern arcade games! There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower beside these two rooms. The primary king bedroom is on the backside of the home and has access to the back deck. The primary en suite bathroom has been completely updated with a huge custom walk in shower. Downstairs is another bunk bedroom with a full/twin combo bunk bed. Also downstairs you'll find a large laundry room and a large garage for storing all the toys and golf cart. The interior of the home has been beautifully furnished and decorated, with local art throughout. There are custom lighting pieces and even a Swarovski chandelier.
Walk out back onto the large deck overlooking the wildlife area and you'll find a propane grill, gas fire table, and Polywood furniture for relaxing. Downstairs there is so much more to offer with corn hole boards, Jenga, a hook and ring game, and your own sandy private oasis to enjoy. There is also an amazing completely private outdoor shower to wash away all the sand.
This home is also pet friendly so bring your pups along. This home can accommodate 2 dogs up to 25lbs each for an additional non refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.

Frequently Asked Questions
No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.
PETS
Dogs are allowed only if disclosed and approved by management prior to your stay. There is an additional $100 pet fee that must be paid immediately after booking. You must let us know in the initial communication. All dogs must be house trained. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the home.
GROUP SIZE
The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description. Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight. If the maximum capacity has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without refund.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and soap is provided. There is a one-time cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees will be due if cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. Evidence of smoking in the condo subjects the tenant to a $500 fine.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Exceeding the sleeping capacity of maximum occupancy, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties, and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
HOLD HARMLESS
None of iTrip Vacations, Vay Cay Rentals, LLC, or the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises; (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, internet service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond their control.
MAINTENANCE
Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to the Agent and the Agent will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, internet/WIFI, and stereos.
MONITORING
Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment at the property to ensure that noise and occupancy limits are observed and that no events or parties are held on the property.
LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES
The owners of the premises furnish linens and towels to Tenant. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from Tenant's deposit. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
PARKING
Parking at the premises is limited to the number of cars listed in your check-in email. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the Tenant. iTrip Vacations shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.
