Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41(Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass beach.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa (currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting

There is an on site restaurant (Hog Fish Harry’s).

This 1st floor unit provides a gorgeous water view with surrounding tropical garden scenery from the private screened lanai.

The 2 BR/2 BA floor plan offers direct water views from the main living area, as well as from the guest bedroom. Each providing direct access to the private screened lanai via sliding glass doors.

Its brightly lit, fully equipped, kitchen offers all of the amenities of home.

The spacious living & dining area provides plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa/chaise lounge & 4 chair dining table. The spacious and inviting master BR (king bed) has flat screen TV, walk in closet, private en suite bath w/vanity separated from tub/shower/water closet by a pocket door.

Split bedroom floor plan provides guest BR (twin beds) w/closet & direct access to screened lanai. Guest bath can be accessed from hallway just off the entry area.

There's also a front loading stackable washer & dryer inside unit.

The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.
