Upon arrival Tammy made sure we had everything we needed . She was prompt to answer any questions.The house is exactly like pictures but even more beautiful. We have been in many rentals and this by far is the cleanest and most accommodating. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood- the pickleball court , bike trails , pools are so nice to have for our use . Great area for downtown life and beaches . We will be back next year ! Thank you for an amazing stay !

What a Fabulous Place!

Our first full family vacation with all our kids in 15 years and we picked the perfect place. The house was beautiful, just like in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs, kitchen items, four bicycles, tennis racquets and more. Having four bedrooms and three living areas allowed everyone to enjoy each other's company and time alone. The pool was a fantastic temperature and we used it several times a day. Communication regarding the house and access to it was flawless. Hoping to be back some day when we finally have some grandkids.

We absolutely loved our stay in Naples. This house was fully equipped with all the essentials and great space for our family of six (plus my parents staying for a few days). We are looking forward to booking with Tammy again!! She was super responsive to a few questions in the beginning of our trip and was great on communicating during booking!

The house was ideally suited to us, with 4 adults and 2 small grandchildren aged 3&5. It was very well equipped with everything you would need, including a range of activity equipment in the garage. The pool was an absolute hit with the girls who had only just started learning to swim. It was quiet and peaceful and everywhere was easily accessible from this location. Two weeks wasn’t long enough, and we would happily book this accommodation again. The Warwicks

My family (mother, sons, and husband) enjoyed the space. I was amazed at what was in the house - seasoning, towels, cleaning supplies, etc) as i didn't need to bring extra stuff. The gym was nice and everyone in the community was friendly. We are down the street from publix and a short drive to 5th. I definitely recommend staying there.

Clean modern house in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Great layout for families and charming sitting area by the pool with couches and tv. Well-stocked kitchen and gear for outings. Responsive and trustworthy management. Highly recommend—this house is a great value!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of November and it was truly lovely. The house is equipped with everything a family needs and is decorated tastefully. The pool was a welcome way to relax at the end of the day and maintained a very comfortable temperature. This house felt like home to us for the month we visited Naples. Due to Covid we did not venture out to eat or sightsee much, but the house was nice enough that we were happy to spend our time there. The property manager was very responsive to the few inquiries we had and we would certainly like to stay there again should our travels take us back to Naples.

Very nice property with plenty of room to relax and very quiet city living. The pool is awesome for relaxation and cooling off in the heat. The property is super convenient to everything ... 14 minutes to the beach, 11 minutes to 5th Avenue shopping, 18 minutes to The Village Shops and Restaurants on Venetian Bay and 9 minutes to I-75. There are plenty of necessities ... plates, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, towels and appliances including WiFi and cable television. Bring your Netflix account login to watch the nice big screen television in the family room. Tammy was great to work with and very responsive and attentive. We would definitely book again ... !!!

Your 2 star review and reference to "great house if you are mute" is obviously in retaliation for being asked to maintain appropriate noise levels and respect for your neighbors. The fact that we have never had to ask this of any guest is a good indication that we don't typically have this level of guest disrespect. The fact that you cannot recognize or respect our position speaks volumes; as does your attempt to punish us with a 2 star review.

It was our second time we spent January in Naples, FL. We liked almost everyting in the house. It could have a little bit of refresh, like painting in some places, but overall it was very nice. In retrospect we should choose a home with a pool on the south side of home, so we would enjoy it more than we did. Fortunately, it was heated but on a colder days heat pump was not able to heat up to desired 90 F. Otherwise it was great.

So glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Also, the house has had an entire exterior painting....quite "refreshed". As for the pool heater, unfortunately it's terribly unrealistic to expect that the pool heater should be set to and/or reach a maximum temp setting of 90 degrees. As we tell all of our guests, when the pool heater temperature is set that high, the chemicals will no longer be effective and pool water will eventually turn green. This is why we don't recommend above average pool heater temperature settings. We're sorry for any confusion and hope that you'll consider returning. We greatly appreciate your business.

This is my second time having Tammy as the property manager and my third time using iTrip and never a complaint! The response time is beyond excellent! She is literally a text message away. The property had everything one would need and more. Space was never an issue either. The property is exactly as advertised. Close and convenient to restaurants, malls, shopping. Tammy even had recommendations for local restaurants for every budget. All the information one needed was listed in the manual so everything was covered. This is very helpful especially since staying at this property for 11 nights. Without a doubt, I would not only recommend this property, but having Tammy as the property manager was definitely a huge PLUS as I know I would have nothing to worry about.

The house was very clean (except for the bbq) and fully equiped. A few downsides: in the winter there is hardly any sunshine in the poolarea, the dishwasher and washer and dryer are very noisy and the garage door was not functioning. The neighborhood is very quiet and well situated. We enjoyed our stay.

Although we’re certainly happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at this property recently, we were quite perplexed with your 3 star review. It’s our goal to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a positive vacation experience….and hope for a correlating review & rating. After meeting you in person and offering to assist with any issues and sharing that I was located around the corner, not sure why you would not have reached out. Also not sure what you’re referring to when stating the garage door didn’t work. It was working upon your arrival and after your departure. The gas BBQ grill is cleaned between each guest stay/reservation. Again, if you found either of these things to have been issues, we’re not sure why you never mentioned them during your stay (contact info well established). As for the absence of sunshine on the pool, there was clearly bad weather during your stay, which we obviously cannot control. We greatly appreciate your business and want you to know that customer service is our #1 priority. This is why we encourage our guests to reach out and provide us an opportunity to resolve issues promptly. This ensures a more positive vacation experience for our guests and also provides a fair opportunity for our accommodations and services to be rated and reviewed accordingly.

Our family recently stayed here for our family Christmas. The house was very spacious and well stocked: bikes, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We really enjoyed the pool area and we are looking forward to returning for our next family trip. Tammy and Neil were very attentive and answered any questions we had.

WOW!! What a fantastic find this lovely home on Crown Pointe was for our family holiday. We have rented homes in South West Florida many times but this one is by far our favourite and ticked all the boxes. Crown Pointe is a quiet exclusive community in a great location with great facilities for guests to use including pool, tennis, fitness centre/sauna, large lake, etc. This was great as it was all included in our stay. The location was just perfect, about 4 miles (10 minute drive) to all of the fantastic restaurants and shops at downtown Naples and just a further mile to the gorgeous Gulf Coast beaches and pier. Tin City and the boat trips, fishing, etc were even closer. Very easy to get to the abundance of things to do in Naples and surrounding area. A bonus was having a Starbucks, Publix and a couple of good restaurants about a mile down the road at Kings Lake Square. The home itself is as beautiful as the pictures show. Very spacious and comfortable, with 4 good bedrooms and plenty of space inside and out for our whole family to enjoy. Very well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay, including very comfy beds and TV’s in every room, a huge bonus when you have kids and teenagers! There is even a bonus den room, great for winding down and relaxing. Great premium HD TV too. Loved the cool coastal themes, gave the place a real holiday vibe. The outside/pool area is well laid out with plenty of privacy, the perfect place to relax and enjoy watching the nature on the lake, dine by the pool and sunbath. It was very handy having a separate bathroom entrance off the pool. Everything worked perfectly. The management company were great to work with and extremely helpful, answering any questions we had very speedily, which made for a stress free booking process and stay. Thanks for everything you did to make our stay the best!! We will definitely be returning to this Naples gem!!!

Amazing house, amazing place, amazing time!! Our family had a great time staying at this gorgeous home. It’s big and spacious with lovely décor throughout. The layout, being split floor plan and having a large separate den, meant we weren’t all on top of each other and could spread ourselves out. As nice as the interior was though, modern and clean, most of the time we were at the house was spent outside enjoying the lovely warm pool and making the most of the Florida weather, alfresco dining!! Hard to resist with the very private feel of the sunny deck and lake views/wildlife. Everything was set up for it, with a great sun area, large pool, dining and cooking and comfy seating area. Perfect for making the most of the tropical location! Bliss!! It was great having plenty of pool and beach toys for our use and we used the bikes to cycle most mornings to the Starbucks a couple of minutes up the road. There is a great supermarket close by and eateries. The area itself is great for cycling with plenty of cycle tracks enabling you to explore the area. Also worth a mention is the jog/cycle track running the length of the community and the large lake, great for wildlife spotting! We made use of the community gym and tennis courts, the clubhouse is in a fantastic setting overlooking the huge lake. Great facilities. The location of Crown Pointe was perfect too, being so close to everything Naples and Florida has to offer
We spent many days exploring the numerous beaches and took trips out in the Everglades. It was very easy to get to everything, as the house is very close to main Naples/Pier/Beaches and shopping/dining, but is also easy to get to Everglades and state parks. The Zoo and Botanical gardens are only a few miles away and definitely worth a visit. The many parks and eco tours are a must. The owners have thought of everything you will need in this lovely home to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free. There really wasn’t anything that we wanted for, being so well equipped and the property managers were very professional and quick to respond. We had a fantastic time. This was our first time staying in Naples and are so pleased we found the perfect house and the wonderful community of Crown Pointe. After spending many hours doing our research looking for the best place to spend our vacation, this was it!! I’ll start with the house itself, it really is a gorgeous property, spotlessly clean upon our arrival with so much attention to detail. Lots of room, with modern and stylish furnishings made our stay a joy. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space and spare linens and plenty of towels. As well as the main living areas, which have a lovely open plan flow, there is a large den/family room stocked with plenty of books, board games and big TV. The large lanai area and pool were fantastic, an area for sunbathing, large dining table and plenty of comfy seating, even an outdoor TV! This a great well laid out area with space for everything to enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle. The house is equipped with everything we could need, there were even pool toys, bikes and golf clubs for us to use. We took numerous day trips and visited restaurants in the local area, one of our favourites was Tacos and Tequilas, which is a short walk from the house, about a mile. Boat trips and rentals are close by at Tin City (approx. 4 miles) This area itself is definitely worth a visit with its cute shops and restaurants. Main Naples area and beaches are just near here too. Naples itself has so much to offer for a family vacation, the beaches are beautiful and sunsets amazing! Water parks and Zoo to keep the little ones happy and plenty of shopping opportunities for the grown-ups! Along with a superb and convenient location close to everything Naples has to offer, the resort was also a great place. Loads of facilities to enjoy if you have time and felt very relaxing. Tammy and Neil at iTrip were incredibly helpful and responsive and always on hand to help. The check in and out process was a breeze. We had a wonderful vacation at this house and in Naples and look forward to returning soon!
