About

Welcome to the Blue Paradise - get ready to make amazing memories at this one-of-a-kind island getaway! Its cul-de-sac location on one of Marco's famed canals offers a tranquil and relaxing setting for a true escape. The home's split floor plan is ideal for families or friends traveling together in groups, as it offers privacy for the sleeping quarters while providing multiple, centrally-located gathering spaces that offer something for everyone. The entertainment room, complete with bar and wine fridge, billiards table and large flat-screen TV, rivals the best sports bar in town as a high-energy space to gather for some friendly competition or to grab a beer and catch a game. The cozy TV room, just past the kitchen, is a perfect for a snack, kicking your feet up and catching your show - or catnap in the recliner. But when it comes to Florida living, the true test is the outdoor space and The Blue Paradise absolutely aces this one! The screened-in lanai is accessible from the TV room, the dining room (that seats 6+) and the master bedroom. It is equipped everything one could hope for - bar seating with a pass-through window to the kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area with ample seating and a gas fire pit, as well as a gas grill. All that before even stepping outside to the blue sparkling pool and pool deck - complete with chairs, loungers and a manatee fountain - or to the dock beyond.

The Blue Paradise is a haven for boaters and anglers alike! It's a quick ride out to the Gulf and open water. For avid anglers, the dock has fishing lights and a cleaning station. Grill up your fresh catch on the lanai's gas grill. Even if you're not into catching fish, enjoy the beauty of nature all around you, including the dolphins and manatees that frequent the Marco canals. The lush tropical landscaping on the property offers privacy as well as a bounty of produce like avocados and lemons for those lucky guests visiting during the summer season. Whether you spend every minute of your vacation at The Blue Paradise or you venture to the beach, the home is fully equipped with nearly everything you need, including towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a wagon to haul everything. Just pack a toothbrush and your swimsuit!

Blue Paradise
5/5 stars
It was an amazing stay! The home, (Blue Paradise), was perfect for us! It checked all the boxes! First, the communication was great! We had all the information we needed for our stay before hand. The home was immaculate, & there was a welcoming gift basket as you walked in. The split bedroom floor plan worked out perfect for us, as we went with another couple. My hubby had an issue with opening the gate to the dock, which I received an immediate response. There was nothing wrong with the gate, user error! Ha,ha! I would definitely recommend this property, & we will stay here again!

Blue Paradise on Rookery Court
5/5 stars
We would love to do a review of our 2 weeks in November. The home is beautiful, and it had everything we needed to be very comfortable. The linens were nice, the kitchen well stocked with all we needed. The home was very clean and easy to keep tidy during our stay. The pool was lovely and especially nice as it was open to the sun and not covered in a Lani. We spent many evenings in the Lani looking over the canal. We would go back over and over.

Marco Island Paradise
5/5 stars
Our stay was wonderful due to to the home we stayed in. The pool made the difference. The beaches were beautiful but on the holiday weekend, crowded and parking was scares. So, the 3 bed and 3 bath was spotless, well equipped and TVs everywhere. The canal was quiet and the covered porch was huge, and we used the BBQ. Resteraunts in the area were nice. We would return for sure.

Family spring break
4/5 stars
We had a very nice time. The house is updated and well maintained. Great access to Gulf activities: fishing, beach, boat rentals, etc.. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, towels are also provided. This was great as beach days would have required we purchase many of these items. The location is good due to the island being small so everything is close. Water views aren’t great. House is in narrow river/inlet. All in all a good value relative to other rentals on the market.
