This peaceful and natural setting has parking for 1 car in your own private garage. Enter a bright indoor/outdoor living space with a 50" Apple TV and comfortable seating to soak in the views from the couch. You will most likely be hanging out in the extra large and private outdoor patio with comfy day bed to chill or get some work done.

2nd Floor (stairs required)

Wake up to massive scenic views in our Primary Bedroom Suite w King Size bed and 32" Apple TV/Chromecast and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower with 2 separate shower heads. Plus large outdoor patio steps away for a morning yoga workout or your first cup of coffee.

Washer/Dryer

1 car permitted for your own garage. Home is located up a private road up a hill with a shared cul-de sac driveway. This private road is shared with other neighbors only. No Outside Visitors allowed without prior approval and they park separately down the hill.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA # HSR21-000973. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age policy is 25 years old to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. (if you are under 25 years old, we require $1,000 refundable security deposit forms to be processed immediately upon booking.

* Self Check-in. Check-in is 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 4 people only (including infants and toddlers)

** Extra Guest Fee of $75 per guest per night for any unapproved Guests.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of illegal parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.

PETS: Requires pre-approval. Small well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $150 per pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You agree to pay additional pet damages or pet stains.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole Beachwood Canyon community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE HILLSIDE OUTSIDE THE BACKYARD DECK

* You will provide valid photo IDs of all Adult Guests.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Any FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS require prior approval from Management. This is a separate hourly rate or day rate fee.

** The owner lives their part time and has some personal items stored in the property. Please respect Owner's property marked "Private Do Not Use"

One of our favorite vacation rentals that we’ve ever stayed in! Very comfortable beds, great water pressure. Home looks exactly like the photos. Patio is fabulous. Location is nice and quiet, but also close to Universal, Hollywood sign, West Hollywood & The Grove area. Would highly recommend!

We spent a long weekend with another couple at the bungalow and loved it. It is tucked away in the hills just off Beachwood Drive with its iconic view of the Hollywood sign. The home was a great jumping off point for hikes, Griffith Park Observatory, and dinners and entertainment along Hollywood and Sunset. Check in was easy and the home is casual, well stocked, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for couples get-always.
