**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

**Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

Registered Guests must be 25 years or age or older
Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.
No Student Groups, Weddings, or Parties
No more than 4x Minors per adult
No Smoking Permitted
Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

This place was fantastic. We had nine people staying, two families with five kids between us. There was plenty of space to eat together, and the outside dinning table was perfect in the back. The place was super clean. The communication was excellent. The place is inviting and big. We loved the location too, as it is easy to get to the beach, and the access by the beach is a nice perk. We would stay here again and we hope too quickly too.

Our family had a great time staying at this property! It was very kid friendly with the toys, books, games, bunk beds, bean bags, etc. We had everything we needed and plenty of space. The decor was beautiful and the location was great!

Turtle Time is an excellent beach house that is just a short walk to the beach-even with 4 kids under seven. It had everything we needed: inside there were games and puzzles, while outside there were beach toys, bikes, ping pong, a wagon and all the beach supplies anyone could want. It was great to have all the supplies we needed and not have to pack them ourselves. The house itself had plenty of space for our three families and was comfortable. We hope to come back again another year.

Great stay at Turtle Time! It was clean with plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. You only get one towel set per guest, so of you are there longer than a couple of days, then I'd bring extra! Would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean house to fit our families. The layout didn't work for us. My daughter and her cousin was going to stay in the room with bunk beds but we didn't realize it was attached to the bedroom with queen beds where my son and girlfriend stayed. The room with the bunk beds stayed very hot so They enjoyed hanging out and staying in the downstairs living room. Just wished it had a pull out couch. Only saw the hose at the outdoor shower to rinse off. They were very adamant about showering off to make sure no sand in the house which is very understandable. The distance to the beach was exactly 3 blocks. It was a good haul by walking so we used truck to transport. Overall we enjoyed the house.

We spent 5 days at Turtletime with our grandkids and their moms. The house is lovely! Spacious, clean, very well appointed and an easy walk to the beach. Having private beach access was great. We also enjoyed having 2 sitting rooms so the older kids could watch a movie in the evening while the adults relaxed.

This place was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. We forgot quite a bit of things (as busy parents often do), but the house was stocked with everything we needed and was very roomy. We booked for two families but had enough room for more people. The beach access was so close that we could all walk from the house with the kids (four kids under seven). Any questions I had were answered immediately and they were very patient with my questions that had already been answered. Needless to say, we loved it and will be back!

I could not be happier with the decision for my family to stay at Turtle Time! The house is clean, spacious, and has a homey type of feel. If for some reason you don’t like ping pong or cornhole, grab the bocce balls and walk to the beach…it will take you two mins…LITERALLY! Can you say game changer?? This house and owners were everything we expected and more. I do not write reviews unless I feel compelled to actually let people know how poor or fantastic something is, and this place was great! I’ll be back for SURE!

I will start off by saying that I am picky. I like a clean and cozy place that feels like home. Well I have found one in Turtle Time! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and it felt like home. From the large kitchen table that fit our entire family for our New Year eve's celebration, to the sitting area and the well appointed bedrooms. Lots of room also downstairs with a couple of large bedrooms, lots of beds and a full bathroom and large TV area. Perfect for the my daughter, son-in-law and their kids. The house is set up that you could do 2 families easily with privacy. Also loved that they had bikes! We biked almost every day around the neighborhoods and one day biked to Fort Fisher (there's an aquarium there!) There was a ping pong table and lots of board games. The best... Only a very short walk to the beach. This neighborhood has a private entrance to the beach and restrooms. I am a researcher and did not come across anything like this in other beach communities so this was a big plus for our family. No worries about finding a parking spot! Our NY eve stay at this beautiful home exceed all of our expectations. Great memories :) We will definitely stay here again!

This house had everything we needed. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations! Holiday getaway with our family. Large eating space for all 10 of us! Fully equipped kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Two separate living areas so kids could use their video games while adults gathered for TV sports in separate room. Kure Beach is fabulous for Biking, running, walking! Wonderful trails, great restaurants and breweries that were actually opened over the winter months. We will definitely be back and plan to stay at Turtle Time! This place has all the amenities of home!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 1 minute walk to a private beach entrance, Turtle Time was a luxurious way to spend our family getaway. This custom home provided upscale accommodations with plenty of unexpected extras. Ping pong, Cornhole, Bicycles and Bocce ball were just a few of the fun activites at our disposal. Relaxing while grilling on the well appointed rear deck with its wide open views became a nightly ritual. Also, the Carolina Beach nightlife is just a short ride away. Our family plans to stay here again whenever Kure Beach is our destination.
