Step into luxury as you enter the long, wood plank hallway to which you will find the Great Room located at the very end. This unit has 20-foot ceilings with indirect lighting throughout and upscale sconce candle lighting down the hallway. There is a metal library table located halfway past the two bedrooms that is equipped with two power outlets and two charging ports for phones. It is a central keepsake table for personal items like keys, phones, wallets, etc.

GREAT ROOM/DINING ROOM AREA

The hallway ends inside the Great Room and Dining Area. Framed by original historic brick walls and expansive glass windows overlooking downtown Knoxville on the street side, this area is well equipped with indirect ceiling lights and fan. This area is large and roomy with its wood plank flooring, upholstered sectional sofa and ottoman with seating for 7 with two end tables and lamps. The classic features of this room are the antique art deco wood and glass coffee table, large wooden console with sliding door and drawers, and antique wooden owner's cabinet equipped with stainless steel cocktail station and implements on top. Implements are for guests, but the cabinet is locked and is for owner's use only. For additional entertainment, enjoy the large 65" Toshiba flatscreen TV.
