This room exists in a great spot, that’s the only thing going for it.

They didn’t leave us a parking pass which resulted in a call from the building letting us know they routinely don’t leave passes and that they were going to boot my car to prove a point. Kitchen cabinets were hanging off the hinges, the room didn’t strike us as particularly clean, it was crazy dusty with a cooler full of trash. Would only rent again due to proximity to lift, but I don’t think it’s worth the cost for the number of times I had to talk to the manager for keys that actually worked and a parking pass.

Thank you for your stay and review. As I mentioned to you, the buidling management allowed hand written passes, but last weekend decided to not accept those any longer with no notice to us. I called them on your behalf and they said you were fine with the handwritten pass. I informed you of this immediately. The condo was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected prior to your arrival. As previous guests had recently checked out it could not have been dusty. At no time did the guest mention any trash left behind, which would not have possible given the cleaning and inspection. Had it been mentioned, we would have sent housekeeping over. We did notify this guest before arrival that the previous guest broken a cabinet door. There was not time between guests to fix it properly. This condo is in a convenient location that looks out onto the Gondola parking lot and a great view of the mountain. However, it needs updating and a few repairs that were minor but annoying. The dishwasher was missing a few wheels on one side of the lower rack making it cumbersome to load and place back in the dishwasher. The heat did not seem to work right either unless the bedroom doors were left open...luckily there were blankets but it was cold!! No washer and dryer in the condo...you have to walk down the hall. I expect more from a condo at this price point. It was convenient and helpful to come home during lunch or walk around the area after skiing.

We appreciate all feedback however your review is not consistent with previous reviews of this property. As advertised in the listing, the unit does not have a washer or dryer, however there is a convenient laundry room in the building. Please note that the heating system is the same as in any home. easy to walk to restaurants and trails. pool was open and building and area were clean and quiet. check in was a little confusing as there were two lock boxes for this unit with different codes and I only found the one I didn't have the code for. I called the PM and was provided the code, so no big deal, but it could be set up less confusing.

Great Location w/nice pool area

We have stayed at several of the complexes in River Run Village, and we found this to be the best. The unit was clean, good size, and located in what I think is the best part of the building. The stairwell to exit the building is directly across from the unit, so it is easy to head to the gondola, walking down 2 flights of stairs. The pool is also right outside the same stairwell so you can quickly return to your room after a hot tub or swim. Pool area is great with gas fires, warm pool (nice temp not cool), and 2 hot tubs. There is a steam shower just inside from the pool access door. Onsite maintenance sraff were very kind and helpful. Parking garage had plenty of spaces, even over crowded holiday week, there was never a problem finding a space near elevator.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location is fantastic, and the view of the slopes from the master bedroom is amazing! The pool, hot tub, and steam room were very nice amenities, although the steam room only worked for 1 day during our entire trip. We called for maintenance, but it never did get fixed before we left. The pool had missing edging/tiles along the whole side and appears to have been a known issue to get it fixed, but did not get fixed and was a hazard for small children. The condo itself was very comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. The bedding was very comfortable, the couches were great (although way too oversized for the space). One of the other reviews mentioned that the kitchen was lacking essential items, and when I called to find out what was missing, they couldn't tell me, I was just told that some people's perception of essential items is different from others. It didn't have cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap, but it had pots and pans and a few spices. The condo felt more like a hotel room rather than someone's private condo, which we seemed to like better. We would stay here again, definitely!

Very nice unit. Furniture and outfitting all in good shape. Easy walk to the Gondola. Both bedrooms are very good size as are both bathrooms. Kitchen is a little small and sparsely set up for cooking. Would certainly recommend the unit.

We visited Keystone over the holiday weekend and couldn't have been more happy with the condo location. It's an easy walk (even in ski boots and carrying skis) over to the gondola or to the town center for dinner at night. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The only suggestion would be to replace the teeny tiny coffee mugs to something that holds more than 4 ounces at a time :)

Recently rented this condo in January 2018 for a family of five and it was perfect. It was located within walking distance to gandola, equipment rental, restaurants and shops. The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The view of the slope from the living and bedroom was gorgeous, especially in the evening for the night skiing. We were also able to view the fireworks directly from the balcony and the fireplace was a nice bonus. Thanks Peggy for the excellent customer service you provided. We will definitely return next year!

So... the Check-in process was a little hard.... Finding the keys in the lock box etc.... Besides that MINOR thing- GREAT condo! Slept 6 people easily. The 4 min walk to the Gondola, the skiing was AWESOME, the GREAT space in the condo- it was a GREAT stay! THe 5 min walk to the restaurants and shops.... EASY. Could NOT have been a better place to spend a week!!!! Loved this condo. WILL book again. EVERYONE we talked with at iTrip was NICE and called or texted us back. We had to ad a night on at the end of the stay.... Worked out GREAT! This was a GREAT trip!
