Located only 150 feet from the secluded sandy beach of Keoni Nu'i Bay, this air conditioned Kahana Sunset 2 bedroom / 2.5 baths spacious two story condominium has been tastefully upgraded and furnished in tropical décor with your Maui vacation in mind. The main floor living, dining and kitchen area flows to the outside lanai with wonderful views of the bay, beach, and neighbor island Lanai to the south -- the ideal place to enjoy a sunset cocktail or morning cup of coffee. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms/full baths and the master bedroom has it's own private lanai. Both of our lanais overlook the beautiful blue waters of Keoni Nu'i Bay.

Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.


 
We need the tenant to be 25 or older. The guests of the tenant may be younger.
There is no smoking of any kind in the unit or on the lanai.

Beautiful condo with nice updates and well stocked kitchen! Host very responsive to emails. Large deck to look at ocean and stars. Each bedroom has 2 bathrooms which makes sharing condo very easy. Pool is great temperature! Would stay here again!

Kahana Sunset is a beautiful property located near grocery stores and attractions. We enjoyed snorkeling in the private beach where we always spotted multiple sea turtles. Both the beach and pool were never crowded like it gets at the big resorts. We used the outside grills a few nights and enjoyed eating outside close to the water. Unit B2 has a beautiful view of the beach and sunset from both the lanais. The unit is updated and had everything we needed for a week with our family. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

The Maui Condo we stayed at in Kahana sunset was fabulous. Really clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was comfortable and just as it was pictured. The cable box in the living room was not working but Itrip handled everything very quickly and it was up and going in no time.

The Condo was updated and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could want to cook with except a colander. I had checked to see what supplies were stocked and was told that it was whatever people had left. There was nothing. no salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, spices, etc. There was an herb garden with a sign that said help yourself. The beds were comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the private beach was wonderful. We saw turtles several times. The BBQ's and pool were nice. We had trouble turning on a fan and also with the washing machine leaking. We called the management company and the responses were very quick. management team was helpful and friendly. restaurants were good nearby.

Pros: The location was great, the beach was very private, the kitchen was really awesome and fully equipped. Cons: The AC hardly ever worked and it got very hot, the keypad battery died a couple times and left us locked out, and the WIFI was in and out.

Comfortable and roomy enough for 5 adults and 2 infants. It was a little warm during the day without a/c, but we were out most of the time. Plenty cool at night with all the ceiling fans and portable fans. Leanna with Maui iTrip helped us set up the stay and is always wonderful to work with. We had an immediate response when the dryer stopped working. The resort itself is very clean and well kept. The pool and beach were very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing turtles and nearly private beach!

This place is lovely, your own almost private white sand beach with turtles right out front. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need, even beach towels and all the kitchen appliances for cooking great meals. The Napili grocery is a 6 minute walk away. Very convenient location. We didn't want to leave! Thanks for sharing your wonderful oasis.

Lovely area and condo! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolute blast on vacation and enjoyed the condo! The only downside was no air conditioning. It was hot! It did cool down in the evening with leaving doors open and having all fans on but would have been more comfortable with ac. Other then that the beds were comfortable, rooms were very nice and clean, the kitchen was great and the view off of the two balconys was beautiful! We didn't mind going to bed with the doors open listening to the ocean every night. We absolutely loved the private beach! We snorkeled with three large sea turtles! Also the pool and grilling area was great! We would absolutely come back! The owner was great to communicate with and renting from her was easy and effortless! She was very nice and quick to respond! thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

B2 Kahana Sunset is Great

We had a great 10 day on Maui and staying at the kahana sunset in B2. The rooms were very nice. everything you could every need was in the condo. We were a family of four staying and we kids had a blast. swimming on he private beach and in a swim pool all week the condo had boogie boards, chairs and a ice chest for us to use. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we wanted blender, crock pot and stuff to use at the BBQ. we enjoy so many days just there at the condo enjoying the beach and property.the staff was amazing they the grounds were always being cleaned and straightened. many others family were there as well and it still was very quite. this is for sure were we will always stay when returning to the island.

Perfect Relaxing getaway

Stayed here for 9 nights, and wished we could have stayed the whold month. Location is amazing, being able to walk out on either lanai and see the trees, sky, beach and water. It is so nice to be able to open the doors and hear the waves, feel the warm air, and just feel the stress dirt away. The rental unit was great - the besds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, fans to keep the air cool at night, kitchen was bigger than we expected, and the living room was comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone, and hoping that we can stay here again next time we are visiting Maui.

Want the best vacation ever?

This place was perfect. Low key, laid back but with a great pool, a prvate beach and a wonderful cove with sea turtles and wonderful to snorkel. I can't think of a better "base" to operate out of. Close proximity to everything you could ever want. We are coming back.

Excellent - Beach is amazing!

The location is perfect - felt like we were on a private beach because Kahana Sunset is the only property on the bay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved eating our meals on the lanai and our kids enjoyed the pool. We will visit again! Thank you for a great vacation.
