* Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise shall not unnecessarily disturb neighbors.

* Audible sound beyond property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would otherwise be associated with a residential area

* Maximum 6 guests - weddings or group gatherings are NOT allowed at this property.

* No Gatherings other than registered guests are allowed

* Smoking is not allowed in the house or lanai or the Property.

* Pets are not allowed

* Vehicles shall be parked in designated on site parking - or on street above the house by the hedge and path to the front door only

Starter Supply
Your unit will come with a starter supply of personal toiletries and paper goods, individually wrapped and sealed until you open them. The initial supply includes a starter set of toilet paper and facial tissue in each bathroom, and paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen, as well as starter-sizes of:

Kitchen - liquid dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen cleaning wipes, hand soap

Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, massage body bar, body lotion, makeup wipe, body wash, hand soap

iTrip Maui also provides a starter set of salt/pepper packets, and a welcome coffee pack (no filter required!) with sugar/creamer packets included.

Smaller sizes are provided to prevent waste - not everyone cooks & washes dishes on vacation. But we want you to have enough to get started without having to run to the grocery store before checking in! Starter supplies are not replenished.

I lived on Maui over a decade on the west side - It was exciting to see the listing for this homes availability during our projected travel dates- We enjoyed the gorgeous view off the lanai whenever we could - The kitchen had a fantastic supply / variety of all dishes /bowls/ utensils and appliances that we needed - ( no auto ice maker on the fridge- but that was a non issue for us) The bedrooms / bathrooms were great! ( the hot water is an “on demand” system- and we took a few cold showers figuring out how far apart for the 6 of us to time those - but it wasn’t an ongoing issue) Our contact was responsive and a delight to interact with- Truly a gem of a space to enjoy- We WILL be returning to this very special home❤️ Mahalo nui loa! This home is truly lovely. Built in the 60's, it retains its charm. It is perfectly located on one of the Ka'anapali golf courses' fairways. It also has a nice view of the ocean. With 3 king-sized bedrooms, with full baths, it is great for couples traveling together. The home is spacious & beautifully decorated. It has beach gear that you are welcome to use. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home.

I rented this house for my mom’s 70th birthday based on the pictures only, let me say they don’t do it justice, this place was beautiful. Every morning and evening was spent looking at the view. We had plenty of space, our host Myra was great and very responsive! Dave that was on-site was more than helpful and very nice. The golf course view was great, for any golfer I’d recommend this place, the course it’s on is great! I would come again for sure!

We loved this house, the house manager and even the permanent resident on the bottom floor. It was like he wasn’t even there, except when we’d find some mangos from the tree in front of the garage. 😁 The house is extremely spacious. Every room is huge. The family room (which we always look for a large one to fit our group) was big enough for everyone and for us to get in some VR games. The views we awesome, especially waking up to them. The lanai with the table — great for eating a dinner with a view and catching up with the family. This house is perfect for couples! I would definitely leave the young children home since there is so much nice decor that could easily get broken. Myra met us at the house and gave us a tour, explained how things worked and was easy to contact if we had questions. Stunning. Stunning and stunning.

The pictures do not do justice to this property. It was fantastic! We enjoyed the views/sunsets from the deck. The house was stunning! We cooked several meals at the house and had everything we needed. There was a nice beach across the road with free parking, excellent snorkeling. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I, our two daughters and two sons-in-law stayed at this lovely, very large home with spectacular ocean and golf course views. The location was perfect--a ten-minute walk to the beach (or easy parking if you want to drive), just a few minutes to many restaurants and hotels in Ka'ananapoli and 15 minutes or less to even more in downtown Lahaina where there were many great restaurants, shops and art galleries. Don't miss the magic show in Lahaina--just google it. It was the highlight of our trip. Back to the home. We were there for a big birthday of my husband's so we got the master bedroom, also with spectacular ocean views. The home was very well supplied and offered lots of privacy for all of us. We barely used the spacious living and dining rooms as we spent most of our time there on the lanai, taking in the view. Though we used it very little, the air contitioning worked great. We turned it off when we left the house but when returning, it took just a few minutes to cool the home. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. Arrival and departure instructions are minimal and easy, and the property manager was easily accessible. The price was great too, as it was substantially less than comparable homes. Our only regret was not booking the home for a few more days! Oh well, we'll just have to come back!

We stayed 3 weeks and had different couples each week sharing the house with us. The view from the lanai is a WOW!! The rest of the house is very nice with lots of room. But we spent so much time on the lanai, we didn't take advantage of much other than the kitchen. Incredible sunsets and we saw lots of whales. The table on the lanai was a perfect size and we ate every meal that we cooked there. Having a king bed in each bedroom with an attached bath was a perfect situation for us. The management company was very responsive when we asked for extra items. We highly recommend this property

We rented this lovely home for our 13-day stay in Ka’anapali. We were warmly greeted by “Mac” and given an orientation to the home and nearby attractions. It was an ideal set-up for our family. It is comfortable and spacious allowing for family time, as well as plenty of space for quiet or alone time. The wrap-around lanai is awesome with a large dining table and fabulous sunset views. The location was perfect for us - easy access to the Kahekill Beach Park with good public facilities and snorkeling. We prepared most of our own meals and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. We always travel with our own kitchen knives, but really didn’t need to with this home. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of kid’s books and puzzles – and a handy puzzle table! The landscaping is lush and carefully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fabulous stay during Christmas week. Amazing artwork throughout the home and a gentle Hawaiian feel as well. Very roomy and handled our adult family of 6 quite well. We loved the plants and flowers on the property. The home is on a big lot and feels very private and secluded yet only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Terrific experience for us!

We travel to Maui almost every year. This is the first time we decided to rent a home. We were completely overjoyed with this choice! We were welcomed SO INCREDIBLY warmly. The house had all the amenities we could need. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The view over the ocean had us whale watching from the incredible Lanai daily! It is close to all of our favorite restaurants and walking distance to beautiful Ka'anapli beach! This home is perfect for two families, a friends gathering or if you want more space then a hotel or condo. Or one large family. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything to cook (We love to cook). There were beach towels and beach supplies and a washer and dryer as well. As a Nurse Practitioner I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was super clean and so very nice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

As we drove up to the house for the first time, we all went "Wow"! And then when we went inside, we all had to Wow again! This is one of those places that is BETTER than the pictures! Maybe by the time you read this, the 11 bedroom description on Zillow will be corrected because it does not have 11 bedrooms - that makes it sound like a group home of some sort. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a very spacious, wonderfully located, well equipped family home. (There is a care-taker who lives below - maybe they have 9 bedrooms!?) 5 stars for sure!

This place was everything we could ask for and more. The house is absolutely gorgeous with unique decor. The gardens surrounding the property make you feel as if you are in a tropical forest. The location had beautiful views of the ocean including the best sunsets. Every morning I enjoyed watching the water and the occasional golfer finishing out one of their holes from the wrap around balcony. My husband and I stayed here with both sets of our parents and had more than enough space. It had convenient access to the beach (0.4 mile) and nearby resorts including whaler's village (1 mile). There is a tenant living in the bottom quarters but we never heard them and rarely saw them. If you are considering booking this property, do it! You won't be disappointed. We absolutely loved our stay and hated to say goodbye ❤️

This house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The 4 of our had plenty of room. The lanai is the biggest plus I feel as you can relax with a cup of coffee before starting your day, enjoy a dinner that you grilled out, or relax with drinks after the day is done - all with a gorgeous view and peace & quiet. The check in and out processes were seamless and effortless. The beach is literally 2 blocks down the road and very, very soft, clean and family friendly.
