The open and tastefully decorated living room is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sounds of family. Step directly from the living room onto the front expansive balcony an enjoy a view of the canal.

The kitchen includes full sized appliances, granite counter tops and every cooking utensil and kitchen appliance need to prepare a culinary treat! It's even outfitted with both a traditional coffee pot as well as a Keurig

Bathroom 3: Half bath on the lower level under the home (near the pool area)

If determined that an event/party is taking place at the property without prior approval, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

PARKING:

There is parking available for no more than 4 vehicles and vehicles must be parked in either the back or front driveway(s). There is no additional parking available in the neighborhood, and parking anywhere other than the driveway is prohibited.

POLICIES/RULES:

•No smoking or vaping allowed at this property to include the deck and pool areas.

• (Cost is $65 Per Day to Heat the Pool from 9 am - 4 pm)

•No pets allowed

•Maximum Occupancy: 13

•Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.

•Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.

•Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet hours after 9 pm for outside area.

•No uninvited guests without permission

•Do not take bath towels to the beach.

•Additional fees and taxes may apply

•Photo ID may be required upon check-in

•Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee or Security Deposit

•Cameras are onsite for security purposes.
