SLEEPING QUARTERS

Very comfy King-size Bed, opens onto the Pool and Spa, boasts a large walk-in closet, large wall mounted Smart TV over the dresser. Keep cool with the ceiling fan. En Suite Bath features dual sinks, soaking tub, over-sized walk-in shower, cabinets/drawers for linens and/or your personal effects. Guestroom 1, 2 & 3 feature queen beds, Smart TV, closets, dressers, ceiling fans. The three bedrooms shared two guest baths. Guest Bath #1 is off the hallway with 2 sinks and a tub/shower combination, while Guest Bath #2 is off the hallway with 1 sink and a walk-in shower.

INDOORS

Great Room features large open ceilings and abundance of natural light. The large sofa accommodates movie night, and the large 65in Smart TV is made for entertaining. For those who need to work remotely a work desk provided. From the Great Room enter into the Dining Area with Gas fireplace, dining for 6 overlooking the Pool and Outdoors. The dining area is open to the well-appointed Kitchen with Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The property features full-sized washer and dryer in the two car garage with easy access into the home.

OUTDOORS

This wonderful backyard retreat features Mountain Views and Sparkling Pool and Spa! The natural gas BBQ is located conveniently close to the kitchen, and next to the outdoor dining area with ample seating for 8 guests. Lounge by the pool, BBQ with your family and friends all in the same area.

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA

Tennis Gardens are located half a mile from the front door, Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 1 mile away.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS OR ANIMALS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling the greater of $350 or 10% of the total rental amount. GUESTS THAT CANCEL 1 - 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. If reservations are made within the 45-day window then no cancellations will be honored.

POOL HEAT

Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.

I’ve been to a few rentals in my days and this was by far the very best. The moment we walked in we felt like it was brand new, everything was very very clean and had a kinda HAPPY VIBE to it. We were immediately drawn out to the cozy patio and beautiful pool. Most of our time was out there. All of the bedrooms were uniquely decorated and again very very clean. The bathrooms were also very clean and new looking. We are planning on coming back at least once a year for our girl’s trip.

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with seven girlfriends and had a wonderful time staying at the Evening Star Circle home in Indian Wells. The property and amenities provided were great! The rooms were a nice size, and the living room was large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was great and fully equipped. The backyard was fabulous. The photos didn't exaggerate! We really enjoyed the covered outdoor sitting area and large dining table where we spent the majority of our time and ate our meals. The pool was great, the spa was spacious, and had fun changing color lights. The white lights on the patio were absolutely beautiful and created a lovely ambiance. I was also very pleased with the property management company, Palm Desert Vacation Properties. Ashley and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. I would stay at this property again and would recommend.

Came in town for Stagecoach and stayed at this gem. The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was super clean and stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your time there. Indian wells tennis garden was the closest pick up point for the festival. It’s literally around the corner. Pool was a perfect complement to cool off and relax in before heading over to the festival. The rental company was very attentive with any questions I may have had and gave all the instructions and check in/out details in advance. I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful home inside and out! The outside hang space is perfect with a large comfortable couch and large sitting table, grill and gorgeous string lights. Spacious inside and very clean. Very responsive hosts. We will be back! :)

My family and I rented this home for a week 1/29/24 - 2/5/24 for my son's wedding. I cannot say enough about the house and the people I worked with to rent the house. We had 6 adults and 3 children and never felt crowded. The layout of the house is perfect! The house was immaculate and everything in the house functioned perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice big refrigerator. The pool and spa were wonderful. Checking in and checking out worked flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!

This place was so amazing. We had our choice of tennis Pickleball or golf at our fingertips. This place had a great Jacuzzi as well! Very spacious master bathroom. I would highly recommend it.

My friends and I stayed in the house because we were playing a LPGA Amateur tournament at the Indian Wells Golf Resort which is just around the corner. The house was in excellent condition - clean, very well kept and displayed a great attention to detail. It was exactly as shown in the photos that advertised the house. The communication with the landlord was always easy. We would go back any time. Thank you for having us.

My wife and 3 adult children spent 5 days in Indian Wells for my 60th birthday. This beautiful 4- bedroom home was even better than we hoped it would be. Great space, excellently maintained, very clean with high quality furniture and has all the conveniences and amenities of home. Ashley was our representative who we communicated with and she was excellent. Great with her communication and timeliness of this. This is a beautiful home with spacious areas inside and outside for a family vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the location is central to visiting the popular sites. Our grand children loved the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation.

The home is exactly as shown in the photographs. It's pleasantly and comfortably furnished, and very spacious. The outdoor space and pool are wonderful - and the pool is big enough for lap swims. We were in Indian Wells for the Ironman race and the location was perfect. It would be equally perfect for tennis or golf or just visiting the area. House is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Communication with the managers is excellent. Unreservedly recommend this property.

The house is well furnished and plenty of equipment for a long stay. It was very comfortable and lots of space. The furnishings did not feel like we were living in Ikealand, which is often the case with properties that are used mainly as rentals. the outside space was large and the pool and spa we had heated for our stay. The pool is big enough for lap swimming, unlike many kidney-shaped pools that are more decorative. The feel of the house made it seem like a place I would happily rent again. The only things missing were champagne glasses but that is easily fixed.

We booked this home for a girl's trip and couldn't have asked for better! Three full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a great pool and the most comfortable living room sofa ever (literally). The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels, etc. There a few hiccups when we first arrived around the garage door, ice maker and air conditioner, but I called the information line and someone was out within 20 minutes and all was remedied quickly. Very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, bright and welcoming. Each bedroom had a large closet, pool was great, the kitchen had everything we needed. We chose to have the pool heated, and that proved to be a good idea. We would definitely rent this house again!

The home was perfect for a long weekend with my family! It's fully stocked, comfortable beds, lots of ceiling fans, good AC, lots of extra towels and linens, large pool and backyard. The home is at the end of a cul de sac so very private and quiet. The location of the home is close to lots of restaurants and stores and 10 minutes to el paseo for shopping.

My family had a wonderful 3 days in this luxurious home. It is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The couch may be the most comfortable I've ever sat on and it's huge, perfect for curling up for movie night with the family. The pool is lovely and the hot tub easy to use. Plus the kitchen is so well stocked. Anything you can think of - blender, toaster, spices - it's there. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a perfect week staying at the beautiful Indian Wells home . Everything was great. The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have desired. The pool was the highlight of the trip. One of the best rentals we ever had. The management company that has this property was first class. We had a small problem with the pool and they had someone there within hours The pool and hot tub w are a bonus I would rent again from this property company because of the excellent service.
