4.81 acre home via a bumpy dirt road as it sits far back on the property directly off of East Benton Road. The long driveway is gravel so kicking up tons of dust isn't a problem.
The back of the property sits up against one of the Wiens vineyards. Fancy!!
One of the 4 bedrooms has been converted into an office but can easily be switched back. The spacious master bedroom has a walk in closet with an adjoining bathroom, huge soaking tub and separate walk in shower.

Another thing to note: Being a working property that needs a lot of staff, you might see the manager, owner, or other maintenance personnel during your stay. Since we do not have their schedule, we are unable to let you know in advance when they will be there. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience if you do happen to see them.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Important SEPTIC: Please do NOT flush anything down toilet other than human waste and toilet paper, nothing. Not even "flushable" items. Only tiny food scraps down the kitchen sink please. No food pieces, no fruit peels, no chunks of anything please.
11am Check Out Instructions:
1. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.2. Place all wet towels in shower, tub or on tile.
3. Clean BBQ if used during stay.
4. Dispose of all trash into trash cans.
5. Tum off all lights.
6. Turn off AC/Heat.
7. Lock door.

NOTIFICATION Guest may be cited or fined by the County in accordance with this ordinance and Riverside County Ordinance No. 725.
Section 8. ENFORCEMENT. The Riverside County Sheriff and Code Enforcement shall have the primary responsibility for enforcing this ordinance; provided, however, the Sheriff and Code Enforcement may be assisted by the Public Health Department. Violations shall be prosecuted as described in Section 10. of this ordinance, but nothing in this ordinance shall prevent the Sheriff, Code Enforcement or the Department of Public Health from engaging in efforts to obtain voluntary compliance by means of warnings, notices, or educational programs. 9. DUTY TO COOPERATE. No person shall refuse to cooperate with, or obstruct, the enforcement officials identified in Section 8. of this ordinance when they are engaged in the process of enforcing the provisions of this ordinance. This duty to cooperate may require a person to extinguish a sound source so that it can be determined whether sound emanating from the source violates the provisions of this ordinance. Section
10. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance once or twice within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period shall be guilty of an infraction. Any person who violates any provision of this ordinance more than twice within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. Penalties shall not exceed the following amounts. a. For the first violation within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be five hundred dollars ($500). b. For the second violation within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). c. For any further violations within a one hundred and eighty (180) day period the minimum mandatory fine shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment in the County jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.

PETS
are allowed upon prior approval for $150 fee per dog, maximum 2, dogs ONLY. Tenant must clean up after approved dog(s). If any approved dog acts aggressively, barks excessively or any unauthorized dog is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Homeowner and Agent assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to dogs or humans while on the premises. Homeowner and agent assume no responsibility for the behavior of the dog(s); that responsibility is the Tenant owner. No cats or other animals allowed.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods is provided. There is a _CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that unusual cleaning is required, including the removal of excessive pet hair.
NONSMOKING UNIT - FIRE ZONE AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
POOL HEAT
Pool heat is optional. If you choose to add it, the pool will be heated to 83 degrees daily. Please note that pool heat is available as an on/off option for your entire stay and cannot be arranged on a daily basis. If you'd like to add pool heat, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Spa heat is available at $100 per day.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- SEPTIC - Tenant agrees not to put any solids, grease, food debris, oils or fats down kitchen or bathroom drains and will not put anything but human waste and toilet paper in the toilets. Additional fees for septic damages.
- All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 people, including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property due to location within a high risk FIRE ZONE AREA. No FIREWORKS, not even sparklers.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- Parking inside property only. Maximum of 3 vehicles. No PARTY BUSES, No RVs allowed. NO outdoor camping/sleeping in the vehicles.
- Turn off all lights and AC turned to 78 OR Heat turned to 65 upon check out.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all house rules, local laws as well as the state of California, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of California or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
- QUIET TIME is 10pm - 7am for all properties within Riverside County. Quiet Hours mandated by Riverside County are 10pm - 7am. No outdoor activity can take place from 10pm - 7am. No fire pit or spa/pool usage. All conversations must be indoors with windows closed 10pm - 7am.
- NO AMAZON or MAIL deliveries are accessible at the property. Use Amazon Locker.
