Welcome to the Deer Valley Retreat at the Shores! The home has been designed and furnished to provide you with the ultimate Park City escape. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by views of the mountains and the Jordanelle Reservoir. It's a perfect location just 3 minutes away from the nation's top-rated ski resort, Deer Valley Resort, and their Jordanelle Express Gondola.

The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The gourmet chef's kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and a large island with seating for four. The kitchen is adjacent to the formal dining room, which can accommodate up to eight guests, making it perfect for hosting intimate dinners or holiday gatherings.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room, furnished with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and HDTV. It's the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes, watch a movie, or play some games with your friends and family. The upper deck is located off the living room and is a wonderful spot to unwind with a glass of wine on a warm summer evening.

There are four spacious suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and an additional half-bathroom on the main floor for convenient guest use. The two primary bedroom suites are furnished with king-sized beds and feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms with double vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. Both suites have their own private balcony, offering stunning views of the Jordanelle and the slopes of Deer Valley Resort.

The lounge level has a complete second kitchen, including a breakfast bar, full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. The family room offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, an HDTV. There is also a game table and a variety of board games, providing endless entertainment for guests of all ages.

From the lounge level, guests can access the lower deck and the private hot tub, where they can relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes.

Primary Suite – The primary suite is on the main floor and features a king-size bed with high-quality linens and bedding, HDTV with Roku Player and DVD player, a walk-in closet, a private balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom offers guests his and her vanity with granite countertops, a large walk-in rainfall shower, and a jetted bathtub.

Guest Suite – Upstairs, Equipped with a king-sized bed, HDTV with entertainment center, fireplace, and private en suite bathroom. The second en suite bathroom features a granite countertop with vanity, bronze finishes, custom wood cabinetry, a walk-in closet, and an oversized glass shower.

Guest Suite—Upstairs, this suite features a king-size bed, HDTV with an entertainment center, gas fireplace, and shared bathroom. The third bathroom features a granite countertop with vanity, custom wood cabinetry, a large jetted tub, and a large glass shower.

Lounge Level – The family room downstairs features a queen Murphy bed AND two (2) full-size bunk beds to accommodate a larger group. The lower floor also has a game table and a complete second kitchen, including a full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.

NOTE: If this home is booked for your dates, please look for "Bella Shores" or "Deer Valley Vista." They're nearly identical and are located just across the street or around the corner.

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing.

House was perfect for our group of 7 adults, and iTrip made our annual group ski/snowboard trip all the more enjoyable with their responsiveness and attention to our needs, even before arrival. Everything went great! The house was nice and roomy. We needed to call maintenance a couple of times but they got right back to us and we resolve our issues. The only thing I would suggest is to stock more of foil, saranwrap, paper towels etc. We've just rented other places that had all of this and it was nice.

Great home, maintained well and clean. We enjoyed the location. Lots of paths for walking, easy access to the highway, skiing and the lake. My only complaint is that the video does not match the home correctly- we were under the impression that it had more bunks (which had us changing sleeping plans upon arriving!) and possibly even a community pool, which it does not. Quick communication when needed which was helpful.

We loved this townhouse! It was warm and cozy. The balconies were lovely to feel the summer breeze. It was spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
