Welcome to Odysea: a beautifully furnished, newly refurbished condo mere steps from all the fun of Hampton –Beach, Nightlife, Boardwalk, Eateries, Shops, & more. Odysea is conveniently located on the north end of Hampton Beach – where you can park before hitting the main thoroughfares of Hampton Beach.
As you enter through the front French doors, guests are greeted by a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen, and living space. The kitchen provides full-sized appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and more – your home away from home.
In the living room, the couch and side chairs create that cozy gathering space for camaraderie and conversation. Play board games; share memories; or watch your favorite movie on the big screen Smart TV. Step out the French doors to bistro seating on your semi-private deck.
Odysea offers excellent parking – not just 1 but 2 private, secured garages. Shady protected parking – always a treasure during both sunny days and inclement weather. Newly added central AC to keep you cool through the steamy summer days.
Odysea provides excellent proximity to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a mere 2-minute walk, and 2-minutes more to the expansive sands of Hampton Beach.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined & immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable.

Hampton is top 3, nationwide for water quality. The waves: tame enough for toddlers, yet energetic enough for teens to boogie board.
After a fun-filled beach day, Hampton Beach nightlife exudes enthusiasm: fireworks, free concerts, free movies, and headline acts. To consider hosting your furry family member, please supply the following information: Name, Breed, Age and Weight.

During peak season, Odysea has a strict No Pets Policy.
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
Guests are expected to honor our House Rules to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of Odysea’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip New Hampshire's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip New Hampshire, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Odysea.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip Vacations North Shore Massachusetts if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip New Hampshire homes come equipped with a variety of safety senors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with the owner's safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.

Rye Harbor Lobster: The best lobster rolls, seafood and “fluffy” chowder in Rye Harbor. Located North in Rye Harbor on route 1A.
Petey’s: A casual seafood restaurant. Don’t forget to try their chowder. Be aware that there may be a long wait for a table to takeout, but it will be worth it. Located North on route 1A.
Ray’s: Another great seafood option located North on route 1A.
Beach Plum: Just a short walk (approx. 1 mile) South. Turn right out of the driveway. They serve lobster rolls and wraps as well as the best Richardson’s Ice Cream. Located on Route 1A.
Joe’s Meat Shoppe: For subs and it is also a small grocery store. The subs are great! Located on Atlantic Avenue (RT 111).
Al’s Seafood: A very casual dine in or take out seafood restaurant. You can also pick up fresh fish, lobster and shrimp to make at home from their store. Located on Lafayette Road.
M & Y Brick Oven Pizza Bar and Grill: Terrific Brick Oven Pizza.
Community Oven: Brick Oven Pizza. They support local growers and serve a good selection of local brews.
The Lantern: A great breakfast location. Don't miss the fresh baked breads and donuts.
Common Roots: Great place for coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch. Vegan and gluten free options. They also offer a small market, and there is a yoga studio located across from Cable Beach in Rye, NH.
Betty’s Kitchen: A great place for breakfast. Check out their early bird specials available before 8:00am.
Barley House: A small spot but has a good variety for lunch and dinner. A nice bar, including local brews.
Dominos: Maybe the only pizza delivery to the house.
