POLICIES/RULES

•NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property anywhere on the premises. If determined that smoking occurred a $300 fee will be charged to the guest.

•PETS allowed at this property with prior approval. 2 dogs maximum; 15 lb maximum weight per dog. Non-refundable pet deposit of $92 per pet will apply.

•Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants; Fines up to $300 may be imposed for exceeding the guest occupancy.

•Must be 25 years old to reserve this home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

•Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

•Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

•No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

•No uninvited guests without permission

•Storage area is not accessible to guests.

•Do not take bath towels to the beach.

•Additional fees and taxes may apply
