Do you have a minimum age requirement?

Galveston

Due to previous problems (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) we’ve needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 25+. Guests under the age of 25 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

Loved staying here. Super clean. Great location. It had everything we needed. It did say to use black towels for make up and there weren't any, so I had get facial wipes. It wasn't a big deal though. I'd recommend to anyone wanting to stay in galveston.

Good location. House needs a lot of repair and maintenance. Front landscaping overgrown very badly, dead reaches inside upon arrival, light bulbs out, tv remote not working because batteries are corroded. Overall house is in poor condition which is common among these beachouse rentals. These typical owners know very little about rental properties and only want to collect revenue but not spend money to properly maintain the property.

We frequently stay at many of the houses on this street, hosted by Itrip. Winter is always a pleasure to deal with and is super responsive to any needs. The Sabadeco house (front house) has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s 1 block to the beach, so it’s an easy walk and there is a vendor you can rent chairs and an umbrella from at the closest beach. Nearby to everything!

This cute old house has been updated with just the right touches! Two living areas means enough room for everyone. The beds are comfortable. Ceiling fans help air flow. Air conditioner works great. The location was wonderful. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend

We loved everything about this stay! This property was perfect for my husband and I to get away and celebrate our 25th Anniversary being 1 block from the seawall and with quite a few restaurants within 5 miles. From the time I reached out and spoke with Winter to the time we checked out, her professionalism was top notch. We are now looking to this location for an annual getaway.

I booked a weekend get away for my wife and I for Valentines Day weekend. Of course, I waited until the last minute and found out it was Mardi Gras in Galveston. I thought I would never get a room but I spoke with Winter Bush from itripvacations and she had a getaway home available! I wasn't expecting much but she told me was right on the seawall. I got there and the place was incredible, it was literally overlooking Pleasure Pier and was so close to seawall that we could hear the parades coming and walk outside to watch them. The house was so cute, it had 2 bedrooms and everything was set up for us. The owner had left 2 bikes for us to use. I can not express enough how incredible this experience was--it was easy to book, easy to get anywhere and we literally did not have to get in our call all weekend except to go to Moody Gardens. I would highly recommend Winter and itripvacations to ANYONE looking for weekend getaway in Galveston
