Ready for some serious fun in the sun? Pelican Key is calling your name! This awesome beach house boasts amazing views of both the beach AND Galveston Bay – picture yourself watching sunrises and sunsets from that huge deck!

Bring your kayaks – there's a boat ramp super close by, perfect for exploring the bay. Or just chill on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower (hot water, yay!), fire up the BBQ, and enjoy a cocktail at your very own Tiki bar. We even have a basketball hoop for some friendly competition! And when the day is done, gather around the fire pit with family and friends, listening to the waves. Sounds pretty amazing, right?

**The lowdown:** It's a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house (sleeps 6), about 960 sq ft. Plenty of room for everyone! There's even parking for 4 cars. We'll send you a digital guidebook before you arrive with all the info you'll need. No messing around with keys – you'll get a lock code for easy access.

**Pet-friendly fun:** We welcome well-behaved pups under 50 lbs (one pet max, and there's a small non-refundable pet fee). Please let us know about your furry friend beforehand!

**Important stuff:** This is a residential area, so let's keep things respectful of our neighbours. No parties, please, and stick to the maximum occupancy. Smoking is a no-no.

**What's included:** We've got you covered with an amenity pack (body wash, shampoo, towels, etc.), and all beds are freshly made.

**Nearby fun:** You're close to restaurants, a grocery store, and some awesome attractions like Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, and The Strand.

POLICIES/RULES:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home.

•. This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet(s). Maximum of 1 pet. Pets must be approved so please send us a request and include the breed/weight. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present. .

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
