This fantastic unit is located front and center in Frisco’s downtown, just steps from a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and local activity providers. The open plan layout for the space creates an airy feel. The master bedroom features a king bed and a massive sliding barn wood door. The second sleeping area is a loft and the bed sits below a wide skylight. An efficient and comfortably equipped kitchen opens to the living room for a social space. Tall windows let in ample mountain light and beautiful views of the town’s main street and surrounding mountains.

You are less than a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain Ski Resort, about 20 minutes to Keystone and Breckenridge, with Vail and Arapahoe Basin about 30 minutes away. Multiple breathtaking views of Peak 4 and Ten Mile Peak are right outside the door, and Lake Dillon is a short walk away. Multiple bike trails link this property to the surrounding towns, even to Vail for those with the grit to tackle the pass! Bike rental providers in town offer shuttles to the top of the pass for a pleasant descent back into town.

We loved our stay here! The most perfect location on Main Street to walk to shops and restaurants and only about a 12 minute drive to ski at Copper. The condo was very clean and cozy and was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter up in the loft. Only recommendation I would have is to add a small dresser upstairs as there is nowhere to unpack and store clothes in the loft.

Perfect setting for a few days of bike rides and golf. Right in the active scene on Main Street , but quiets down nicely at night. Spacious, high ceiling gives it a very roomy feel. Well equipped. Very clean. Off street, garage parking a plus. A great place I would rent again if I am back in Frisco !

This place was fabulous. The king bed was so comfortable. The location you can't beat. Our son lives several blocks so it was so convenient. We could walk out the door down the stairs and be right in town for shopping and dining. 5th Avenue Grill was just below us but never was bothered by any noise. Parking was very tight so a large vehicle would not work. We had an Audi suv and we made it work. Frisco is such a cute town and everyone is so nice. Short drive/bus to Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Copper Mountain.

This was the perfect location in the perfect quaint town. I was in Frisco for a small wedding and everyone was jealous of the location. The small balcony was perfect for morning coffee with a gorgeous view. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were well thought out-I had everything I needed for my long weekend. I was hesitant at first given it is above a restaurant/bar, but there was no noise whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The proximity to Main Street in Frisco and all of the restaurants is fantastic. The place itself was excellent....very spacious living area and comfortable king bed as well as 2nd bed in the loft. However, heating the place (this is Feb) was challenging. On the first night it struggled to get warm inside (albeit it was single digits outside). Eventually it got warm by the next day. But it was hard to manage the temperature since it wasn't a digitial control as it would then become way too hot. It wasn't until the day we left did we finally get the temperature right.

This place is as good or better than advertised on all levels. It's a very spacious loft condo with convenient parking that fits a regular SUV. Walk up one flight of stairs and down a hall and you're in the place. The location is ideal as it's only 4 minutes from I70 (taking you to every ski area around in a short drive) while a short walking distance to the coolest spots in Frisco including restaurants, shops, and a nice walking path around the lake. Our host was responsive and flexible. We'll be back.

A buddy of mine and I stayed here in April for late season skiing over a long weekend. It was a great location right on Main St a block away from the Copper and Breckinridge shuttle. The condo itself was the right size with one of us in the bedroom and another in the loft. We used the kitchen for breakfast only but it was well equipped and spacious enough for more. Shower pressure was great and all the amenities we needed were there. We will definitely be back.

Walk down the steps and you are on Main Street in Frisco! Easy access to bike trails. The condo is bright and modern. A small balcony allows fun people watching! We would stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo. My wife and I stayed for the weekend and the convenience of staying directly on quaint Main Street in Frisco is such an advantage. The proximity to Copper mountain, 10 minutes drive, was perfect but it is equally close to keystone and Breckenridge. This place is extremely comfortable and roomy. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child or 2. The restaurants and shopping are great and so close just walk out the door. One night, exhausted from skiing, I walked down stairs to the 5th street grill and asked if we could do take out and they gladly obliged, 10 minutes later we were eating in the condo. Bed was super comfortable as was the furniture. I will definitely come back again.

Place was amazing. It is on the Main Street of Frisco and within walking distance to all of the restaurants. If you want to go on a hike there’s a beautiful trail within walking distance as well. We loved it so much we extended our stay another day.

We can't say enough good things about this condo and the town. The location couldn't have been better. The condo is updated and extremely comfortable. Once we arrived we didn't have to drive anywhere other than the grocery store. Morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and almost all activities are a short walk away. We will be repeat customers for this property. This condo may cost a small amount more than others on or near Main St, but there is a clear reason that you need to experience for yourself.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We walked to almost everything we wanted to do. The place is very nice! The hardest part was the stairs. Not because there was anything wrong. It was due to the elevation and my lack of fitness. We highly recommend this place.

If you want to be in the downtown area of Frisco, this is as good as it gets. Also, just one block from the free Summit County bus service that goes to all the local ski areas. You could easily go without a car while staying at this place. The condo itself is very nice and has a great mountain view. We also appreciated that it was well stocked with various things in the kitchen, like salt & pepper shakers, coffee filters, utensils, etc that are annoying to have to buy for a one week stay. The bathroom also came with plenty of nice towels, a blow dryer, etc. The only caution I would give is that the loft and the bedroom are not completely closed off from the main living area, so if someone wants to sleep while others want to watch tv or talk, that doesn't work so well.

The condo on Main Street was perfect for my husband and me to spend a few days in the mountains of the Frisco/Breckinridge area. We walked to restaurants, drove to beautiful hikes and enjoyed the area. Safe, efficient condo with great appointments and great kitchen utensils, provisions, etc.

Apartment is centrally located on Main Street near many restaurants and retail shops. Apartment is decent but building halways and stairways are filthy. Noisy and bad smells come from pub below.

Spacious condo with easy check in / check out procedures. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking meals and plenty of towels for our 5 day stay. Beautiful sunrise and views through large picture windows and located in the heart of town. Easy to explore restaurants and shops and bike rentals. easy access to hiking/biking and the lake is 3 blocks away (paddle boarding/kayaking) Highly recommend this condo and we will be back.

We enjoyed this property. Excellent for people who want to be in the heart of it all. Walking distance to everything Frisco, to include the Marina. With the windows opened, you do get a little street noise from the restaurant, but over by about 10pm. Balcony is great for coffee in the morning.

I really enjoyed my vacation at this excellent condo in Frisco. It had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, is located just off Main Street near many great restaurants & shops, and is close to hiking and biking trails. I parked my car when I arrived and hardly drove it during my 6 night stay. Josh was responsive and helpful with my questions and concerns before and during my stay. The condo was very clean and cozy. We only used the (really nice) master bedroom but will definitely be bringing our young boys with us sometime - they will love sleeping up in the loft. Because it was cold out we didn't spend any time out on the balcony - but I imagine in the summer it is a wonderful spot to sit and take in the views and enjoy the mountain air. This unit is bright, sunny, has beautiful finishes, and many new upgrades. High end furnishings and a well equipped kitchen make this a delightful getaway. A perfect location on Main Street, Frisco where you can walk to shops, restaurants, marina, hiking/biking trails and shuttle to ski slopes or just relax and enjoy the view from the deck!

This unit is small but nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable and accommodations in the unit are all very nice. The location couldn't be more ideal - right on Main Street in downtown Frisco. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, the marina, and central to most all locations in Summit County.
