Ongoing renovations are continuing to take place at Royal Pelican condos and throughout Fort Myers Beach.

Many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to Fort Myers Myers Beach and Royal Pelican condos.

Contractors are still working on the exterior of the condo buildings and as a result there will be some contractors, some construction noise that we like to say is “sound of restoration progress” and some unkept areas.

While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, however the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made.

The Bay Beach Lane neighborhood is one of the most sought-after addresses on Estero Island, home to Fort Myers Beach. This well maintained and beautifully appointed 2-story condo in the Royal Pelican Condo community overlooks a wide Gulf access canal, where you can enjoy viewing boats and yachts as they make their way to and from the Gulf to their docks or the local marina. You're a short walk to the neighborhood's private beach access and one of the islands most bustling shopping & dining hubs, the Santini Marina Plaza. The owner's have created a retreat that you will be proud to call yours during your stay in Southwest Florida and are excited to share their slice of paradise with you.

Start packing and get ready to enjoy:

Third floor condominium with over 1,200 sq ft of living space split between two levels, with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeping up to 6 guests.

Main level open living/dining space with elegant leather sofa & loveseat, large flatscreen TV with Xfinity cable and dining table for 4; sliding glass doors leading to fully screened balcony/lanai overlooking the Gulf access canal and boat docks.

Full kitchen with oven, refridgerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware and many small electrical appliances and kitchen tools - including a Keurig coffee maker. Open granite eating bar with 2 bar stools separates the kitchen from dining area.

Main level half bath.

Upstairs you will find 2 ensuite bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, wall mounted TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and private lanai overlooking the canal - perfect for early morning coffee or evening cocktails.

A full size washer and dryer are located on the master suite balcony/lanai.

The guest suite has 2 full beds, TV and ensuite bathroom with combination bathtub with shower.

Bed linens, bath, pool and kitchen towels are included.

Free, unlimited WiFi is available throughout the condo.

Electronic keypad entry allowing for contactless check-in and no keys to keep track of during your stay.

Beach chairs with cart and umbrella are provided for your day at the beach.

There is a one designated parking space with additional open parking available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.

A elevator takes you up to the 3rd floor condo.

**Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 15-20 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received **

The Royal Pelican condo community is located in the highly desired Bay Beach area on the south end of Estero Island. In the community you'll find 2 heated pools with expansive sundecks, sun loungers, tables and chairs for gathering with new friends. There's a clubhouse, shuffleboard, community BBQ and picnic areas - all surrounded by well manicured lawns, tropical horticulture and wide canals where you can see boats of all kind heading to the Gulf and nearby marina. As a guest of Royal Pelican, you're a quick walk across Estero Boulevard to the private beach access for residents and guests of the Bay Beach neighborhood. There you'll find 7 miles of our white sandy beach, dazzling Gulf waters and sunsets you'll remember long after your time in Southwest Florida has come to an end.

When you aren't at the beach, Estero Island is filled with many local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. Santini Marina Plaza, home to a seasonal farmers market and many more dining & shopping options are just a short walk from the condo. You're just a few minutes drive to the popular Times Square and the iconic Pier, which is the heart of Fort Myers Beach.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!

This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89. 
 
Airbnb does not currently allow hosts to itemize these fees on their site which is why we'd like to explain what otherwise appears to be an excessive cleaning fee expense.

Relaxing and very clean

Our stay was a delight in may ways. The unit was very clean, inviting and was in a very quiet area with a canal view. We would enjoy watching the private boats come and go. The living room was spacious and had a large (perhaps a 75") TV along with a separate TV in each bedroom. Every appliance and utensil you could imagine was furnished for our convenience, even a sand buggy with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for a walk to the beach. We would definitely consider this condo again.
