This property sits on a side street just off of Estero Blvd to the east. Within easy walking distance you have 2 public beach access points. When you aren't at the beach, you are close to local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. You're just a few minutes to the popular Times Square and the iconic Pier, which is the heart of Fort Myers Beach.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twin, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!

This is a combination of the actual cleaning/housekeeping fee, modest booking fee, and state & local taxes, and not the cleaning fee exclusively.

Our cleaning/housekeeping fees vary based on size of property, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, pool patio homes, garages, etc. They typically range between $125-$325 based on the aforementioned.

The booking fee is $89.

We loved our time at this house! Super close to the beach and delicious restaurants. Pool was beautiful and kids loved it. We also loved being on the canal. We saw manatees, fish, iguanas and so much more at this house! The maintenance staff responded quickly to the one issue we had so our trip wasn't interrupted at all. Would definitely come back!

The house was very clean and spacious. The deck and pool area was wonderful! We rented a boat so it was nice to have the boat slip available. The pool was nice. The bedrooms were nice, however the beds were softer than I prefer. Suggestion to update and include more beach chairs, and have a wagon to pull items to the beach. We liked being a bit off the main drag but close to so many restaurants, shops and bars. Publix food delivery worked out really well. We would stay here again.

Everything about this property was great. Beautiful updates and very well maintained. Fantastic location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. The deck and pool were perfect. The itrip reps were very responsive to our very minor comments and kept us well informed. Would definitely rebook. Was one of the best rentals we ever had in Florida.

We loved the home it was tremendous and was very clean and beautiful! Location is perfect so you can walk easily to everything in Ft Myers Beach. It was also nice that you can walk and be on the beach in less than 5 mins!! Totally recommend this home and look forward to coming back. Only thing I would recommend is that the owner upgrade the grill! We enjoy the restaurants in the area but also enjoy cooking at home, it helps save some money. Grill is very very basic and not the best and can be challenging to cook on. It is minor, but I think guest would enjoy having a more high quality grill to use during their stay. The pool is awesome and so is the deck, we did not get to spend much time out there due to the afternoon rains, but plenty of room and would be a great gathering spot after a day at the beach!!!

We were pleasantly surprised walking into this house. I knew it was recently remodeled and it really is lovely. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Two couple and two kids. The deck is huge and overlooks the pool. It's not a huge pool but for us it worked great. We'll be back!

We had a great time at the beach house on Ohio Ave. The house is perfect. We made the 4 minute walk to the beach every day. Most of those days, we followed up the beach with a swim in the pool. The pool is the perfect size for our small kids. They loved it! We then had lunch on the deck most days. The house was very comfortable. The living room was the perfect spot for everyone to relax and unwind after a fun filled day in the sun. There was plenty of space for everyone on the couch. The kitchen was also perfect and up to date. Again, LOTS of room in the kitchen for everyone at the island. We all slept really well. The house is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were also new and very clean. The square and most restaurants are all about a 10 minute walk. We wouldn't have had to get in the car once if we didn't want to. All in all, it was a great week! We would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I had a great time at this nicely decorated updated house with open floor plan . Loved the pool and the large deck . Landscaping is well done and helps with privacy . being on the canal is also nice , location is perfect for beach access bars and restaurants . Time Square a short walk away! Would definitely recommend this rental .

We recently traveled to Ft. Myers Beach and took a chance on this VRBO house. I have never rented a house on Ft. Myers Beach and we truly lucked out with this house! Perfect amenities and a great pool on the waterway that our 3 young children loved to play in and watch for dolphins while in the pool. I would definitely recommend the house and location for a family for the accommodations were perfect and up to date. Beach access was a 4 minute walk and great sandy beach as well. Looking forward to seeing if this specific house is available in the future for I would rent again without hesitation. Great trip and the house management team provided great communication with us making sure we enjoyed out trip and that everything was expected.

Beautiful Home. Remodel looks great. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything. Truly a hidden gem.. Note: The guest are responsible for propane. I'd suggest after the money that went into rehab, I would have spent $20 more on a guage for propane tank so you wont run out halfway through grilling!! And Just a heads up on grass crew, They trim backyard throwing grass everywhere,( pool, towels shoes etc.). Move your stuff. They also sprayed weedkiller right by my wife after she moved to opposite end of pool to get away from trimmer, causing her to go in due to gagging. Lesson learned but all this would not stop us from renting here again, eliminate grass day and it was awesome.

This house was the perfect beach house!! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house has been completely renovated with a beautiful kitchen and huge deck overlooking the private pool, canal, and boat dock, with plenty of room for our family of four to have their own space. The beach is a five minute walk and restaurants and shops are all in walking distance as well. The only time we used our car was when left the island to explore other areas in the Ft. Myers area. We spend a lot of our time on the beach and with the unpredictable weather in Florida, we were always able to quickly return to the house before the rain set in. Sitting by the pool and canal in the morning was the perfect place to have our morning coffee where there was always a nice breeze to keep us comfortable. We even had the pleasure of seeing dolphins swim by the house on a couple of different occasions as well as a daily visit from a family of iguanas. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided which was nice so that we did not have to go out and buy new ones. There was no beach umbrella but luckily we brought our own from home. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back!!

This is the perfect beach home just steps from the water. Clean house, comfortable beds, new appliances, and fast WiFi. Quaint neighborhood just steps away from restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed riding bikes down to Bowditch park and on beach. The pool was clean and perfect temperature in June. House is supplied with plenty of towels and basic amenities. Our family would love to return and share many more memories in this Fort Myers Beach home.
