Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and tennis court.

 - Our Condo is in a great area - Centrally located. 7 minutes to famous Englewood Beach where you can enjoy morning Beach Yoga at 8:30am

 - You will be ready for the beach with our beach towels & 2 beach chairs. Our beach is a great place to find beach treasures and shark teeth!

- Sign up to take a sightseeing cruise on Gasparilla Boat Tours - see dolphins, sting rays and manatee, see a sunset, or search for sharks teeth! Fun, Fun, Fun!

 - 6 area golf courses all within 5 miles!  

 - Short drive to Mineral Springs, Boca Grande, Great restaurants and Shopping.

 - Explore Florida Nature on the beautiful trails in Myakka State Forest or the County Environmental Parks

 - Jet Ski, Boat, Kayak, Canoe, and Stand up paddle board rentals nearby

Your stay starts with:

- Amenity & Supplies pack, including a starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, trash bags and laundry detergent. (Please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items during your stay, as it is only a starter set.)

- All beds are ready made for you with freshly laundered sheets & towels

- Weekly Cleaning is also an option that can be arranged, and added for you (There is an additional cost).

Contact us for approval of stays longer than 1 month. We are happy to help.

Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME at our home! No smoking/vaping. The maximum occupancy throughout all times of your stay is limited to the number of people you have declared in your rental booking. These are causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood -- please be respectful of the home's neighbors at all times.

Please note : This condo requires a condo rental application that must be received and recorded by the condo association 30 days before your rental. The fee for this application is $100, and is non-refundable. This is common for Florida Condominiums.

Also note: Per Condo Rental Rules, Renters are not allowed to have pets.
