All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Truly enjoyed this house with plenty of communal space for everyone to relax after a long ski day! House came fully stocked with all toiletries, towels, etc. very secure and safe in a gated community. Would absolutely recommend!

Great home - very spacious

We booked this property for the second time after a great experience last time. The home is spacious and was clean upon arrival. We had two families with 7 teenagers and there was plenty of room for them to have their space. The shuttle pickup from the driveway to the Arrowbahn lift is super convenient. Note that the Arrowhead shuttle from your driveway only takes you to this lift so early in the season, you will have to transfer on a bus to the other lifts if Arrowbahn isn't running. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cookware, etc. The only two things that need to be addressed are the door going to the hot tub which sticks and is extremely hard to open and we had the same problem with it last year. The owner also needs to put a "real" door on the bathroom versus the slotted room divider which is just strange. We booked through iTrip and they were VERY responsive to the small things we needed like a light bulb and the hot tub chemicals checked. Would book through iTrip again for sure - thanks to Chris and Dustin and their great customer service!

Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and we especially enjoyed the new hot tub after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the large tv in the red room downstairs.

Beautiful golf course home!

Perfect location! Near Beaver Creek, Vail, Edwards, etc. we travel to this area several times a year and usually stay in Bachelor Gulch. Our first time staying in Arrowhead and loved it. The house is nice (could use a little updating), it was the perfect space for our couples trip. One master suite upstairs, and three bed/two bath downstairs with a nice pool table/tv room. Two of the bedrooms downstairs share a jack and Jill bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms also had plenty of bunkbeds for any youngsters staying. The house is actually a duplex but is quite large and has its own driveway and garage. The back patio faces the golf course. We spent a lot of our time on the patio.

Beautiful and Spacious Home - Clean and Comfortable

We had two families stay at 179 W Arrowhead for a ski week at BC and Vail. This house is SO spacious and with 7 teenagers and 4 adults, we were never cramped for space. The hot tub and pool table were huge hits and the huge TV in the family room was a great setup for movie nights after long days of skiing. House was clean and had everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, flatware and cooking utensils). Everything we called iTrip for was addressed quickly except for the door to the hot tub which was really hard to open and closed. We told them and it is probably in the process of repair. Chris at iTrip was very responsive. Beds are comfortable and there are a LOT of them - Bunks in the closets of two downstairs bedrooms plus all the beds shown in pictures. We hardly used the den because the house is so big that we didn't even need it. Shuttle to Arrowhead lift was super convenient to and from our driveway. (Note - you have to use a transfer shuttle from Arrowhead lift to get to main BC Village. Arrowhead had plenty of snow so we just skied from there but this could be an issue early in the ski season). This is really a fabulous house and we would love to stay here again!
