Dolphin Pointe Condos is a gorgeous waterfront community on the Northside of the Dunedin Causeway 2 miles from Honeymoon Island Beaches.

It has stunning views of the water that allows daily views of the dolphins and other marine wildlife. Must be 25 to rent and there is a 30 day minimum stay.

There is a heated pool, BBQ grill, social calendar, clubhouse that includes TV, ping-pong table, and books. Location is within walking and/or biking distance to Pinellas Trail. Unit is water view so you can sit on the porch and watch the dolphins and the unbelievable sunsets.

There is also an amazing pier you can watch sunsets, marine life, or fish from. Location is short-drive to downtown Dunedin and downtown Palm Harbor.

Location is on the Dunedin Causeway which takes you straight out to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island. Honeymoon Island has 4 miles of white sandy beaches and is a "must see" destination. There are stores, banks, and fast food places within easy walking distances. For Golf lovers, bring yoru clubs as the PGA Copperhead Course at Innisbrook is nearby along with the Dunedin Country Club.

Biking and Kayaking is a guest favorite at this location and we have storage for both.

Washer & Dryer are located in a central location on 1st floor!

Clearwater beach is just South where Sunset, Dolphin, Dinner, and Pirate Ship Cruises can be booked.

There is a 135.00 non-refundable Application/Background Check for all applicants for your safety.

Must allow at least 10 days for approval.

Note: There is construction ongoing for the roof this spring.

1- PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (9p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential condo association, and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.
2- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, always while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.
3- Pets are NOT permitted. If pets are found to have been in the property, a non-refundable charge $300.00 will be charged to your account for cleaning and a damage deposit of $1,000 will be charged to your account.
4- Parking in designated spot only, parking space #56 is designated for this unit. Any guests must park on North Side of the street.
5- Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.
6- Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home and if detected there will be a non-refundable $300 charge and a security deposit of $1,000 will be charged.
7- Family Rental Only -Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.
8- Sleeping Capacity/Disturbances - Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of 3 people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
9- Utilities - No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
10- Hold Harmless - iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage, loss, or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas cable service. electricity or plumbing.
11- There will be a $135.00 non-refundable application fee. Please allow 14-days for background check and application approval.  
12- For any stay longer than 45 days, guest must pay for an additional cleaning or if they decide to clean it themselves, a $75.00 inspection fee will be charged.  
13- There is a trash bin on the parking lot side on the first floor near the pool. It doesn’t matter what day you drop off trash. 
14- For your safety, please DO NOT spray any suntan or sun screening products in the condo. Doing so could create slippery surfaces.

Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). We have to charge a $50.00 fee if an ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure the house is ready for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.
