This corner home gives you wonderful ocean views, and your guests will love its proximity to the Bella Beach beach access trail—they can see the Pacific from the house and be on its shore in a matter of minutes.

There is so much to enjoy about this versatile home, with its two ground-level bedrooms with their own doors to an outdoor deck and an upper-level great room where people will be happy to gather. A large red cabinet in the center houses a gas fireplace and hides the TV/DVD until you need it, and a comfortable leather sectional provides an excellent place to lounge.

The high vaulted ceiling gives the room an open, spacious feeling, and bringing in lots of light; large windows and a sliding door can be opened to let in an ocean breeze. A dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 3 lets you serve everyone from the fully equipped kitchen. Doing the dishes will be less of a chore than usual from the ocean-view sink.

Step out on the upper-level deck and watch the sunset as you grill dinner on the gas barbecue. You’ll want to reserve the upper-level king bedroom for yourself—it also has access to the deck and a full bath with a pretty slate floor. The kids will vie for the loft bonus room/sleeping area on the third floor, where two double bunks with trundles and a sofa sleeper give you space for lots of guests. They’ll be entertained by the TV/DVD/Wii and a library of movies from lovely leather seating. Everyone will love the ping-pong table in the garage and the hot tub out the back.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

When you’re ready to explore the neighborhood, you’ll find yourself close to a grassy park, a kids’ playground, and the delicious crepes and coffee of Café C’est la Vie. It’s all there for you to enjoy when you book some laid-back fun at Barracuda Cove!

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware, failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

*IMPORTANT* NO Parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common areas. This property has 3 designated parking spots available. There are also no fires allowed in the firepit now due to an updated HOA ordinance.

1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

This house was incredible. We comfortably fit 8 and could’ve had 2 more easily. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood is idyllic and beach access is just a few minutes away. Everything was clean and orderly and the couch was comfortable. We had no complaints!

Cannot say enough good about this property and hosts! It was beautiful! It was super comfortable! It was perfect for a large group everyone had their space! Being able to see the ocean even during stormy weather! Perfect!!! Being so close to the beach was perfect! Chairs on the deck were amazing for the early morning coffee's and relaxation! Being able to have our two pups with us was huge!!! Hot tub and ping pong table clinched it for us too!!! It was very clean! Having W & D was a huge blessing too! Having the hosts willing to help the hot tub newbies figure out how to heat it up! 😂 Awesome!!! Help!!! I cannot say enough good about this property and the hosts! Thank you - we'll tell everyone we can!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this home over President's Weekend with my 2 daughters and our pug. The home was impeccably clean with a nice view of the ocean, only 3 homes from the front, but with a sloping topography behind you so it's really quite good. The access to the beach is literally across the street, the neighborhood is very quaint, and the cafe is a 2 block walk for a delicious coffee and crepes. The home is quiet and we enjoyed the ping pong and the hot tub. We had issues with the Wii on the first night and I have to give a massive THANK YOU to Tim who went out of his way on Saturday to get this fixed for us. He literally worked all day to figure it out with numerous trips out to try other parts. His final trip back with the solution...7PM at night!!! We were absolutely blown away by his dedication and he kept us apprised of his efforts the entire time. He said "this company is so good to me, I want to do all I can for them and our customers" That is customer service worth writing about! I would stay here again w/o hesitation! 5 star all the way! Thanks again!

We had a great trip to Barracuda Cove with our family. Great home that is set up nicely. iTrip was a great host and accommodated us in all ways they could. We appreciated the little touches like laundry pods, dish soap, garbage bags, extra paper towels, bathroom soaps, doggie care basket, plenty of hot tub towels, etc. So many places tend to miss out on these little things and it makes a difference. Annual Gathering

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful home in February and my group of friends and I have decided we are going to have an annual gathering in this home as long as it is available. We love how there is so much space. The over 50 crowd can have their own rooms, while the younger 30-40 year olds don't mind sharing the HUGE loft space with the full size bunk beds and comfy couches. The waves were huge while we were there and we had a lovely view of them. It is such an easy walk to the beach and we were able to enjoy that walk even with the huge waves that were crashing in. We come from different areas so the on site parking was very much appreciated. We cook all our meals at the home so the large kitchen and seating area was perfect. Hot tub is clean and very warm. We plan to come back every February!

Loved Barracuda Cove! Convenient location. Clean and quaint neighborhood with a terrific view and within seconds of the beach! The home was clean and well appointed. Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely go back!

Barracuda Cove easily handled our two families. The house is one block from beach access which is very convenient. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit as well. This was our first time staying at Bella Beach and we will be sure to come back again!
