LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lower Highlands (LoHi) has its own unique character exhibited by its mix of older and modern architecture, innovative restaurants, and amazing views of Highland Bridge and Downtown Denver. You can walk to many area attractions. Denver also has a bike rental program called B cycle, which is great for neighborhoods like LoHi. Simply ride the bike when you need it, and check it back into any B-cycle station when you don't. RTD's light rail is across the river at Union station which will take you throughout Denver's metro area.

We are proud to host vacationers as well as business travelers looking for an alternative to a traditional hotel. **HOUSE RULES:**

Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

No smoking in the home. / No pets. / No parties or events without prior written approval. Please respect your neighbors.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
