Sunset Serenity at Strands Beach

10 week stay from September to November. Location. Condominium at Niguel Beach Terrace. Great location on the ocean side of PCH. A short walk to Strands Vista Park overlooking Strands Beach and access to the beach boardwalk and trail system through a nature reserve. Within walking distance of the Lantern District with shops and restaurants. The unit itself is in the very back of the complex which gives it a lot of privacy. The neighboring unit owners are quiet. Parking is uncovered with one reserved space and plenty of open spaces. Thoughtful owner left notes for smooth operation of everything! The complex has a pool which we did not use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. There is a separate purified water a spigot at the kitchen sink. Electric stove. Full size washer and dryer on the outside patio which perform well. The unit is very clean and well maintained. Does not look like a "rental". Management provided immediate responses to any issues. The only negative is that as a ground floor unit, it could stay somewhat dark during the day. We simply left the lights on inside when we were home and made sure to step outside where you can see to the horizon, the ocean, beautiful sunsets, and even Catalina Island!!
