Very pretty and very well maintained and clean condo! All the amenities are included! We love the area, although we do wish we had a view, but it's a five-minute drive to the ocean.

A perfect place for our family beach vacation

We stayed with our family of 4 (two kids 4 and 7) in August of 2018. This place was exactly as advertised! Beautifully decorated and well kept. A 2 minute walk to the complex pool, which we used each morning and night. We almost always had it to ourselves too! The condo was well equipped for the beach with plenty of chairs and an umbrella. We beach hopped up the coast almost every day. It was an easy drive to Disneyland too! We exclaimed that this was one of the best family vacations yet, in part due to these accommodations. We had one small issue (not worth going into), but Carla was quick to respond and addressed it right away. We'll definitely consider a future stay when we head to the OC again!

Fantastic Property! We traveled with our two kids and loved our experience. having a washer and dryer on site and a full kitchen made it so easy on us vs a hotel. The property is centrally located, it is first floor with easy access, and is very quiet .The pool and hot tub is a 3 minute walk, and one evening we took the bit longer route and found the beautiful "secret hot tub" that overlooks the ocean and the town. We weren't sure what sort of property would be best for us on our 8 day trip to South Orange County with kids... we typically do hotels. Staying here was a great decision for us - because having a fully functional "home base" with separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a big TV made this trip so much better. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks and really enjoyed it! It was exceedingly well furnished and the decor was great! They provided everything we could possibly need! It was very clean and well stocked with linens and paper products! We would highly is property to everyone!

From the first contact I made with Carla, she was quick to respond and professional and even had a playpen ready for us when we arrived. We have stayed in a lot of homes over the years and this one is definitely on our list of places we will return to. The unit was probably the most well equipped place we have ever been to (right down to an apple slicer and Magic Bullet)! The location was perfect for beaches, Disneyland, and shopping. On days that we were home and not out and about, the pool and hot tub are great for lounging. Thanks again, Carla for helping to make our family vacation a dream come true for everyone!
