*Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants, 8 recommended: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

* Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

* Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.

*Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

North Carolina Beaches

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
Maximum Occupancy: Each property’s maximum occupancy is stated within the Agreement and located in the Property Description; If at any given time, the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for expedited eviction will apply in addition to a fine.

No more than 4x Minors per adult

Pets are not allowed in properties that are not Pet Friendly

The property is in a great location and just as described in the listing. We were so impressed with the attentiveness of our property manager from reservation to check out! Any questions we had, requests made or needs that arose during our stay were met and responded to immediately. Sully’s by the Sea was perfect for our 9 person family get away. Clean, comfy and spacious with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. From board games, bikes and beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen they really did think of everything. We had a pleasant stay was close to the beach and everything you would need to enjoy a beach vacation. They had chairs and body boards to bring to the beach and had bikes to use if you wanted to go for a bike ride. They also had everything you would need to be able to cook and eat your own food. Great place to stay and I would stay again

Perfect week at the beach! The property is relatively close to the main attractions of Carolina Beach (rides, restaurants, beach). Perfect size for our group and everything we needed was provided. The house does have beach chairs and wagons which made it easier to show up without having to pack all the gear.

Great for families. Had everything we needed and more. Felt safe allowing the kids to ride bikes through the neighborhood. They actually got up and rode to the beach to watch the sun come up. Great communication, no problems. Will definitely go back!

Our Stay at Sully’s by the Sea was wonderful! It was easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Our only suggestion is to make a fully enclosed outdoor shower to avoid sand in the beach rental. This was a perfect layout for a family of 5 and our dog! Such a dog friendly town.

We loved this newer property for our family vacation. The size was perfect for six and could have easily fit more. The kitchen has everything you need which was important to us since we cook everyday! We had an amazing stay while staying at sullys. The house is so clean and beautiful. There were 10 of us in the house and we all had plenty of space to ourselves when we needed it. The beach and boardwalk are less than a mile away so, you could easily walk to the beach and there’s also a park that is fantastic if you like basketball, tennis, need a playground for the younger ones, or just want to walk the trail! This house came with bikes so a few of our group would ride on the beach early in the morning with ease.

Stayed the end of July of 2021. The home was absolutely perfect. Even better in person than the pictures online. The home contained all the essential items, plus some. Nice house for families with older kids and pets! The main living area was upstairs with the kitchen and master bedroom. The steep stairs might be a concern for families with toddlers, but a baby gate in tow would solve that issue. It was nice to have a smaller living area downstairs where the other two bedrooms were as well. The kids enjoyed that area. It was also nice having a small backyard to take the dogs outside rather than on a leash. There are chairs and wagons in the garage to use at the beach which is helpful since many people don't travel with those supplies. We walking to the beach one day and that was doable, but I would recommend a golf cart or just drive to the beach. Parking was a bit expensive on the boardwalk part of the beach, but gave you the convenience of your car being close. We would definitely stay at this lovely house again! Thank you for sharing your house with my family (including our four legged family members)!

This was a great getaway space for a large group. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Most important for me is how clean it was. You certainly did not have to tip toe around worried about getting your feet dirty! Also communication was top notch. Could not have asked for a better beach house. 10/10 would come again.

Everything was nice and new in the house. We walked to the beach every day. We rode bikes on the path and used the playground which was close.

We had a wonderful stay at Sully’s by the Sea. The condo was spacious and just as advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. We typically will stay in rentals on the beach, but this was a last-minute trip, and we actually loved the location. We were able to quickly get to Wilmington, grocery stores, and both Kure and Carolina Beach. Not having to fight beach traffic was a huge plus. Communication with the host was flawless. If life brings us back to the area, we will not hesitate to stay at Sully’s by the Sea.

We had a great week in Caroline Beach at Sully's by the Sea. The location was great, we could walk to the park/playground, bike and walking trails, and the beach.
