-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.

-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

-No uninvited guests without permission.

iTrip NC Beaches Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 days or more before your stay will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Cancellation 60 days or less before your stay will not receive a refund unless the same dates are re-booked. If that occurs you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $350. Additional details with regards to cancellation policies and procedures may be found in Section #15 of the Rental Agreement as provided at checkout.

My family and I had a very great time! It was our first time at a beach house and we plan to do it again! There were some issues with the bathroom shower door and it was addressed in a timely manner. All and all we enjoyed our time even though we had to cut our trip short because of tropical storm Debbie. The only suggestion I would make is to add blinds on the sliding glass doors and windows facing the beach for privacy at night.

This place was amazing! It was a very short walk to the beach and very spacious. I booked for 8 people and we were very comfortable. It was very clean and put together. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of our belongings. The hosts were amazing with communication and got back to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a 5/5 stay! The only thing I will say is we had to walk up all the stairs to get to the condo, not particularly bad for me and my group ( we were able to get in some exercise) but I would recommend double checking with hosts about the elevators for people who are handicapped.

We just finished our stay at Blue Heron Nest and wish we could stay forever. Everything was just as described and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 adults ( 2 had to sleep on bunk beds, but they're 18, so no big deal). The location was perfect- very short walk to the beach and the pier. We only had to get in the care when we needed to go to Publix. Comfy beds. Huge house with ocean views. Super responsive owners/management. I really can't say enough good things.

We came here as a getaway from DC and it was such a great break! The condo was really comfortable, well-appointed and so close to everything. We didn’t have to drive anywhere for an entire week. There was so much space, we never felt cramped, the kitchen had everything we needed. Every morning we were able to look out at the ocean from 2 balconies! We saw dolphins, pelicans and really disconnected from city life. Another fantastic benefit was that we were able to walk to so many great restaurants. We enjoyed Shuckin Shack for shrimp, Fat Ps for the beverages and Seaworthy was delicious all around. Next beach vacation we will definitely book Blue Heron Nest! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and location!

We love visiting Carolina Beach but this has been our favorite place we have rented. It is beautiful, great location, and well stocked. Everything went well for our stay, no issues. We were very fortunate to have our family come to town and celebrate Thanksgiving! The home was well-appointed, we had all the kitchen appliances, plates, glasses and everything we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner. The Blue Heron Nest penthouse was large and had a private elevator (small but adequate). I-trip was quick to respond to our questions. The carpets were stained in a few spots. It was a convenient spot to walk to the beach or head for ice cream at Squigglys.

Stayed a week in a spacious and beautifully decorated top floor rental. Very clean with ocean views and short walk to beach. Lots of books, puzzles and some games In bookcase to use as well. Parking underneath building kept car cool too. Easy to use door entry and property management kept in touch and were available if needed.

We had a great time, 5 min walk to Seawitch, Fat Pelicans and The Dive. Across the street from the beach with easy access. Walked on the beach to the pier to have lunch at the Tiki Bar. 8 of us visiting for a girls weekend.

Excellent Location! Loved relaxing on the various patios and watching/listening to the oceans. Very short walk to the beach. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Elevator was a plus due to traveling with my 70 year old mother. Hope to be back next year.

Blue Heron is a terrific property. It is roomy for a large family or a couple of families to share. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals if you choose. It is clean and comfortable. It has amazing views of the ocean from the balconies and you can hear the waves. You have a very short walk to the beach and the wagon and beach chairs were a nice convenience. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Heron. It is in a great location. Everything was in close walking distance: beach, boardwalk, the infamously Britt’s donuts, coffee, food, music, etc. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator to take luggage, food, and other items up. We could not figure out how to use it, so we treated the flights of stairs- good exercise! For us, this was not a big deal. The condo was charming. I loved the multiple balconies. The place is spacious enough to give everyone a little quiet space as needed. It was also a great set up for family meals and game nights. All in all, it was a great family vacation!

This was amazing! The photos do not do it justice. We were able to sit out on the porch the first night and watch the fireworks go off at the boardwalk. It was ready early, even though we weren’t able to check in until our scheduled time because we were eating with family. The shower downstairs made it easy to clean off after a walk to the beach

If you’re looking for a spacious condo, this one is for you. There was Plenty of room for the seven of us including a 19 month old baby. The kitchen was well stocked and the description of the condo was very accurate. Very close to the beach access. You are going to have to climb some stops, 36 to be exact to get to the condo but there is a private elevator for bringing up groceries. Fireworks on Thursday night can be seen from the balcony or aCross the way to the beach walkway. The owners were very accessible and kept in contact with us to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely return to the area and rent this condo.

We have been vacationing at Blue Heron Nest for 3 years. It is so close to the beach and a very spacious house for 10 people. Some changes were made this year to the unit and made it even more beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Heron Nest! The location is amazing, and the elevator was a wonderful advantage!! We enjoyed a large living area! It was great for us to hand out and catch up! I would definitely recommend this rental, and we will probably be back next year!!

Great condo with terrific location. Condo clean, spacious, equipped with TV, internet and full kitchen. Easy beach access along with close proximity to Board Walk and any number of great food places. Advertised to sleep 10 people and this spot easily and comfortably will do that. The parking situation is very tight. Large SUV's have a snug fit beneath the building.

We had 9 adults and had more than enough room. Owners were immediately available via text and we're super helpful and polite! Rooms have been recently updated and everything was clean. One block walk to the beach, great views from the deck. We were very grateful for the elevator between luggage and people with bad knees. The stairs weren't awful for those of us who could do them. We were also grateful for ample parking (4 spaces!), the outside storage crate was awesome for the beach stuff. Loved our time here, hope to be back again

Blue Heron Nest is owned by a family company who were very prompt and communicative right after I reserved the property and continued to stay in touch as we neared the check-in date. They added special touches, like “Congratulations, Newlyweds” (my groomsmen and I stayed there) written on a poster taped to the wall. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and squeaky clean! We especially enjoyed the big screen TV, full kitchen, and all three balconies! I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone - they made us feel right at home - that is, if my home was anywhere near to this gorgeous.

Second visit to the Blue Heron Nest and never disappointed, Very spacious condo with beautiful ocean views from balconies. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. Having bed sheets and towels provided is one less thing to think about when planning vacation. Location is close to many restaurants and bars, very convenient.

Every thing was so easy and perfect. The property managers responded so quickly and pre trip communication was timely and covered all we needed. Condo was comfortable and very clean and included necessary amenities. Looking forward to many vacations here at the Blue Heron Nest !

The management company was excellent with providing check-in information and answered questions quickly. Location was perfect for us...very close to the beach and a quick walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The condo is very spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. The size was great for our group of seven adults with plenty of privacy. We especially enjoyed the balconies. The carpet and some of the furnishings were a little outdated but to be expected with the wear and tear of a beach location. The elevator was extremely helpful with loading/unloading. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our long weekend vacation at the Blue Heron! The place was really spacious and clean! The communication throughout the process was outstanding! We were provided with all the essentials and was even accommodated with additional parking passes. The private elevator made carrying luggage a breeze! The only negative I would say about the condo is that the beds are really not comfortable. With us staying only a few nights it was really no big deal! I would definitely stay at the Blue Heron again!

Nice, roomy condo. Very convenient to the beach and central to businesses in Carolina Beach. A/C worked very well as it wwas very hot and humid during our stay. Kitchen, appliances were in good working order, updated nicely. I must give a negative to the sofa and chair in the living room. Very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed matresses need to be updated Other than those, it was a very enjoyable stay

My spouse and I spent a week with her parents at the Blue Heron Nest and had a very enjoyable time. iTripsvacations are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and reached out to us the day we arrived to let us know that we could check in early. A handwritten note and a Carolina Beach reusable bag was waiting to welcome us as we entered the condo. The condo itself is VERY spacious (It is the size of the 2 condos below us) and allowed us to safely maintain a physical distance from our 70+ y/o parents, yet still be in the same room and enjoy each others company. There are 3 decks but we spent most of our time on the two front decks which had multiple views of the ocean. It was also spacious enough for all 4 of us to spend time together safely on the deck. The private elevator was a game-changer and we could not have had this vacation without it as my father in-law has difficulty maneuvering stairs. It was extremely useful. The hosts also left hand soaps and a roll of high quality toilet-paper for us in each bathroom. The towels were also very plush and felt to be high-end hotel quality. They had everything you could need to cook meals, even a blender for frozen drinks. The condo is in a great location - walking distance to 2 very busy public beach accesses, the boardwalk, several restaurants, and a nearby lake. iTripvacations checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which we appreciated. The checkout process was also very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back here again.

We had a great time here! The location is great- an ocean view from the balconies and and very short walk to the beach access. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are a good size. We traveled with another family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The decor/furniture/carpet could use a little updating, but otherwise everything was great! And the private elevator was very helpful for loading in and out! We would definitely stay here again!

A graduation and 3 birthdays were celebrated at Carolina Beach. Our condo was spacious for the family, nice views of the beach and had a private elevator. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. Many restaurant choices allowed us to safely order take out. The process to rent and arrival and departure instructions were efficient.

Really enjoyed the condo. Close to the beach and the boardwalk making morning and evening strolls very nice. Walking distance to everything we wanted. One level (third floor condo) making it great for small children. The elevator was a wonderful amenity, carting everything up 3 flights of stairs would have been a lot. The three covered porches were a nice relief from the midday sun, and included nice breezes off the ocean. Very pleasant to deal with the itrip team, quick response to any question, Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

My family of five adults and one baby stayed at the Blue Heron Memorial weekend and couldn't have asked for a better stay! Although we were not able to enjoy the bars and restaurants nearby, the location of the condo was perfect walking distance to everything along with a beach access. The elevator made packing and unpacking super easy including on my older father. The kitchen included everything we could have needed for a long weekend and the ice maker worked so well we never had to buy ice! The beds were pretty hard but I'm still giving 5 stars because the service and communication was so good! Any question / concern we had was quickly answered via text and they were more than accommodating! Thanks for making our Memorial weekend during a pandemic great!

Great location and layout for family vacation. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Concerns: Queen beds are very noisy and door knob out to patio near kitchen needs to be replaced (kids couldn't get back into the house).

Blue Heron Nest has been everything we needed in a vacation spot. Plenty of space, super clean and comfortable, and an elevator so my senior aunt didn’t have to climb the stairs. Very convenient to the beach access, quiet, and reserved parking spaces that were large enough for my suburban. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the full size washer and dryer have been wonderful. We have walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go right here in town. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in the prefect location. It is spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment and we had more than enough linens / towels. The elevator was a life saver on move in / out days. Greg called the day of our arrival; just to make sure everything met our expectations and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely consider Blue Heron Nest for our next trip to Carolina Beach.

The holidays are always stressful, so this year i opted to have thanksgiving at the beach with family and friends. And rented the Blue Heron to house my extended family. This house was super accommodating. Prime location with great ocean views. Super clean and had everything we needed. My family is super OCD and don't like to be out of their comfort zone so going into it there was a lot of tension. But the second we walked in the door you felt everyones spirits lift. We even booked an extra 2 nights because we were loving the time we were spending together in the house. Hands down best Thanksgiving yet! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach vaca!
