Guests will be immersed among the branches in this one-of-a-kind treehouse, nestled between two magnificent oak trees that overlook the sprawling yard and massive decks. With a new dual-feature cool and hot tub, outdoor seating, dining, a swing, and a fire pit, the fun will never stop. The treehouse features a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, television, and a skylight for watching the stars. The only thing missing is a bathroom, which guests must access the home to use.
Minutes from Canyon Lake and public boat ramps, Canyon Lake Treehouse is the perfect base camp for a Texas hill country adventure.
The pull-through driveway provides ample parking for large groups, boats, and trailers. The extra-large corner lot and privacy fence (eight feet on the side and six feet along the back) make for a secluded retreat.

Smoking and vaping are allowed OUTSIDE, not in the home or treehouse. Evidence or scent of smoking inside will result in a deep cleaning and deodorization fee.

Guests may be asked to submit a valid ID to verify their identity. Failure to submit documentation when requested will result in a canceled reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, and/or payment.
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if the policy is violated.
RULES
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
- No barbeque grills are permitted in the home. No open flames i.e, candle burning, are permitted.
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Texas, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
- Tenants must vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for exceeding sleeping capacity.
- Linens and towels are not to be taken from the unit. Any lost or damaged linens will be deducted from your deposit. There is a one-time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive dirt.
- Please report any maintenance needs. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues.
- No outside guests or large functions exceeding the property's stated occupancy.
