This spacious newly-furnished home has separate gathering spaces for adults and kids! Yes! 2 separate socializing spaces indoors and a wrap-around deck outside. Valley Retreat is the ideal place to start those family vacation traditions - your memories await.
Each socializing space has its unique charm: the main living room has a two couches, two chairs, an electric fireplace, big screen smart TV and a wall of glass – love those woodsy views. The lower level is great for hosting family game night with plenty of space for the everyone to stretch out. The game room has fun for all ages! A video game with 12 different 80s-era video games - Pac Man, Galaga, and more! An air hockey game that converts into ping pong - choose your preference. Lots of board games too! Chess, checkers, backgammon, tic-tac-toe, monopoly, and more! The playroom has all these games and great gathering spaces - 9 people can easily watch the big screen (70-inch) Smart TV. Catch the game and root for your favorite team or watch a great movie!
Valley Retreat is great for socializing, and great for sleeping too! Plenty of beds for everyone – sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms! A mix of twin beds, full beds, and king beds – means singles and couples are all easily accommodated. 2 full baths round out the accommodations.
Valley Retreat is conveniently located in the heart of Waterville Valley as part of the Waterville Estates Community. The Waterville Estates Community Center has many amenities: indoor an outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tub, pub, restaurant, arcade, gym, kids play room, and more! Valley Escape provides 2 guests passes for our guests to use and access the Community Center. These guest passes provide access to the community center for 2 of the guests. Additional guest passes can be purchased at the community center.
Enjoy skiing at the Campton Mountain Ski Area, also part of the Waterville Estates community. Night skiing is a Campton Mountain specialty. Campton Mountain Base Lodge features a pub with entertainment many weekends. Waterville Estates guest passes can be used to purchase reduced price lift tickets at Campton Mountain Ski Area.
Waterville Estates has so many amazing amenities - 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, saunas, tennis courts, basketball court, horse shoe pits, shuffleboard, arcades, fitness center, play ground, fishing pond, swimming pond, a pub and a restaurant. Resort living at it's best! Please know, included in your rental of Valley Retreat are 2 guest passes to Waterville Estates Community Center. If additional passes are required, they can be purchased from the nearby Community Center.
Valley Retreat is an excellent location - close to amazing outdoor fun – hike, bike, ski, swim. Many ski areas are within 20 minutes: Waterville Valley, Campton Mountain, Loon Mountain, and more. Check out Echo Lake with beaches, picnic tables and grills. Head over to the Pemigewasset River for tubing. Hiking is all around you: meander around the Polar Caves, climb along the Flume, or traverse the Franconia Notch – over 500 hiking trails within 30 minutes.

Campton Mountain Ski Area
Located conveniently in Waterville Estates. The ski area offers Local Night Skiing and Family Fun. With three main trails (beginner, intermediate and expert) averaging 1,550 feet in length, accessed by the original Swiss made 1969 Städeli compact double chairlift, custom, locally engineered beginners rope tow, there is just enough terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined & immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable.

Our cancellation policy: if guest cancels,
- Within 24 hours of booking and the Guest is fully refunded.
- More than 60 days prior to arrival and the Guest fully refunded.
- Between 30-60 days prior to arrival, the Guest is refunded 50%.
- Less than 30 days, iTrip retains all payments
To consider hosting your furry family member, please supply the following information: Name, Breed, Age and Weight.
Please know additional fees apply. Regrettably, due to insurance restrictions Valley Retreat cannot host agressive breeds.
Beds are made with freshly laundered linens. Clean towels for each registered guest are placed on the beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Each accommodation comes with starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, each bathroom will have at least 1 spare roll of toilet paper. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is also provided.
Items you should bring with you: Extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials and assundries to make your vacation enjoyable.
Guests are expected to honor our House Rules to be Good Neighbors and Respectful Visitors.
Good Neighbors honor the right of Valley Retreat’s neighbors to peacefully enjoy their homes. iTrip New Hampshire's guests will:
- Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are dictated by local rules and ordinances. Unless specified otherwise, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
- Not Host Events or Parties: without express written approval from iTrip New Hampshire, do not host any parties or events.
- Follow the Law: do not do anything illegal.
- Respect Boundaries: Do not encroach into the neighbors’ space, including but not limited to yards, gardens, decks, patios, and parking spaces. Do not use neighbors’ amenities or take neighbor’s property, such as: furniture, grills, pools, spas, etc.
- Follow Parking Instructions: Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Valley Retreat.
- Prudent Use: instructions on how to use appliances and amenities are provided. Please use all items for their intended purpose and per instructions. Please contact iTrip New Hampshire if you have any questions.
- Be Neat and Caring: please do pick up after yourselves; put trash and recycling in proper bins, do the dishes, use coasters, and leave the furniture where it belongs.
- Park in Designated Areas: Please do park in driveways, parking pads and garages. Please do not park on lawns or in gardens.
- Do Not Smoke or Vape: smoking or vaping of anything: cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana, requires special remediation to remove the aroma.
- Do Not Tamper with Safety Sensors: iTrip New Hampshire homes come equipped with a variety of safety sensors, such as: exterior cameras, noise monitoring, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and more. Respectful guests do not tamper with safety sensors.
- Be Careful: where there are wet area amenities such as waterfronts, docks, pools, or hot tubs, please take care to secure the areas and take appropriate precautions.
- Return Keys/Passes/Remotes: please return items as described in Check-out instructions.
