WELCOME To Lakewood National Golf Club. If you are looking for a safe gated community with endless amenities, this home is for you!
Charming home newly decorated in the Lakewood National Golf Community. Upon entering this home you are greeted with an open concept floor plan.
The living room is spacious with a large comfortable sectional sofa that opens up to the screened lanai. The home also boasts an outdoor kitchen that has a built-in grill and refrigerator, ample seating, and a gas firepit. An Entertainers dream!
The spacious open kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. The living area and kitchen are all open concept, perfect for entertaining at home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, large soaking tub, and dual vanities. The other guest rooms have queen beds and are located on the other side of the house for privacy.
Aside from the 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, the amenities for Lakewood National are the best in the area and extensive. Condo includes membership privileges at the Golf Course, driving range, practice greens, pro shop, Greens Fees not included. Full access to community amenities also includes tennis, new fitness facilities, spa, resort pools, restaurants, tiki bar and much more. There will be a fee of $320.00 per stay for the use of the amenities. In the Sarasota area, Lakewood National is the buzz around golfers --- a great course!

There is a Publix grocery store at Braden River that is about a 6-minute drive which includes a pharmacy, restaurants, and bars. Additionally, downtown Lakewood Ranch is only 6.3 miles away. The Main Street at Lakewood Ranch is an outdoor venue that offers stylish boutiques and international restaurants. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 40-minute drive (26 miles) or Lido Beach is 44 minutes (21.6 miles. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with prior approval and non-refundable pet fee. This fee will not cover damages caused by the pet.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins on the outside of the house.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the home.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
12-- You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
