Enjoy this spacious split floor plan home with Master Suite located on opposite side of the home providing the utmost in privacy on your vacation. Conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach, Robinson Preserve, restaurants and shops. When not enjoying the beach, this home features an inviting screened in pool (Pool Heat may be requested in winter months for a fee of $35/day) and outdoor living area complete with a Large Screen TV make for the ultimate vacation day at the pool. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen and modern appliances provide all the comforts of home and ability to make healthy meals. Large living room with wall mounted large screen TV for movie night or head to the Billiard room for a game of pool. Large Master suite with King bed and sliding glass doors lead to pool deck. Master bathroom suite with double sinks, walk in shower, and soaking tub. Guest Bedroom with twin day bed and twin trundle, Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and sliding glass door leading to pool deck, all located on same side of home with a Guest bathroom in common hallway containing double sink vanities and shower. Automatic blow-up mattress available for guest use if needed. This bathroom is also accessible from pool for guest convenience.

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away (4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15 - 20 minute drive. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

1—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted.  This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.  
2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of 200.00 plus tax-NO PETS ALLOWED IN POOLS/SPAS.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycles in the bins near home or place the bins curbside if it is a garbage pick-up day.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
11—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm.  Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited.
12- Swim at your own risk. Children should be monitored at all times in and around the pool.
