In building 2 & 3 there is balcony construction also being done by the Homeowner's Association which will cause noise at times during the day. This unit's balcony has been completed. **Effective June 1, the swimming pool located between building 1 & 2 will be closed for an undetermined period of time while work on the exterior of building 2 is completed. During this time the pool and kiddy pool located behind building 4 will remain open. Once a targeted end date is reached, this listing will be updated.**

In this newly remodeled and redecorated studio, you will enjoy easy access to not only the beach, but two of the neighborhood's favorite restaurants, our community tennis courts, pickleball courts and pools.

The beautifully designed studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area.

The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, sofa, side chairs and flat screen TV with HOA provided cable. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed lanai, which is furnished with a bistro set for 2.

While many units accommodate 4 guests, someone gets stuck on the sleeper sofa - but not here! The sleeping area offers two Queen size beds, meaning everyone enjoys a comfortable night's sleep; the beds are freshly made for your arrival with provided linens. A ceiling fan helps keep air circulated over the beds, a large closet is provided for your belongings and a well-lit desk/vanity space is provided should you need space to work or get ready.

The completely remodeled bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower and expanded vanity counter. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space with granite counters, farmhouse sink, full size French door refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, dinnerware and several small electrical kitchen appliances are included as well.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

Self check-in with keyless entry allows you to come and go as you wish, with no keys to keep track of during your stay.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers tennis, pickle-ball, 2 heated adult pools, 1 kiddy pool, multiple restaurants close by, onsite café, 2 elevators, per tower community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Additionally, as a guest of Bonita Beach and Tennis, you have complimentary recreational access to the Har-Tru clay courts and the newly installed Pickle Courts. Courts are available by appointment, through the tennis pro. Correct court shoes must be worn on the clay courts, and you must provide your own equipment.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water-sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
