While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo, the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach and local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The reconstruction project will include but not limited to construction workers, construction vehicles, construction equipment & materials, construction noise, painting, restricted and/or limited access to some balconies and may cause temporary power outages. The estimated completion of the reconstruction project is currently open ended and final completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include inclement weather and supply chain issues. The pool and tennis courts are currently closed and under construction, designated and limited access to the ground floor atriums of each building, 1 "pay per load" laundry area currently located in building 5, and there are limited and restricted parking areas. We will update this property description when we know the pool and tennis have re-opened. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned construction condition of the condo community.

This charming Beach and Tennis studio is ready for occupancy and the photos are current. It's located on the 5th floor of building 1 - right at the front of the property, which means closest to the beach and Docs Restaurant! This studio comes stocked with everything you should need for your Florida getaway. Start your day out on the private lanai or with a morning stroll to the beach. Finish off your long beach day with a cocktail at Docs across the street and a view of the gorgeous Gulf sunset. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Imperial River, the Beach & Tennis condo community is comprised of 5 10-story towers overlooking the Gulf, just across from Bonita Beach Park.

500 square feet of pleasantly decorated studio space, sleeping up to 4 guests

This is one of the unique units at the complex that has a partial wall almost completely separating the living area from the sleeping space, making it easy for 4 people to share the studio space. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV with community provided cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 5th floor screened lanai.

The sleeping area has a king bed, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan for added comfort; close the pocket door on the partial wall and you can visually divide the two spaces for privacy.

The freshly updated bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower.

The kitchen comes equipped with granite counters, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware and basic kitchen small-appliances.

The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and glimpses of the Gulf to the west. Impact windows throughout help keep the condo quiet from outside noises.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

All bed linens, bath and beach towels are included.

Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering its pools, tennis or pickleball, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach without any hassle.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

This unit is provided with a travel size set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and1 roll of paper towels. Once these items run out, they are not replenished.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
