We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Quiet Location
5/5 stars
My family of 6 adults stayed 4 nights in this spacious home. It is in a quiet location with easy access to downtown Beaverton and Portland. Close to Copper Mountain nature park that has trails. Also home is just 1 1/2 hours from beautiful Oregon beaches. It met our needs and was close to the wedding venue and events. House was clean, neat and decorated very nicely. Nice to have extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer in bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked well with paper towels, soap, garbage bags. Did not use the laundry but it is available with laundry pods provided. Clean up was easy. Only had to take garbage out. All in all a great experience.

This home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this house comfortably accommodated our family. It is furnished beautifully and was even stocked with coffee already! The location is very pretty. I have nothing but good things to say about the home and the interaction with the owner/manager. Thanks for helping make our trip more enjoyable!

A home away from home
5/5 stars
This home was perfect for our time in Beaverton. Our group used all three bedrooms, and appreciated the different living spaces and spacious kitchen as well. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and our kids slept happily on the convertible couch in the same room. The walk-in closet worked so well for storing our many suitcases out of the way. I can't think of anything else that we could have possibly needed! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was more than I expected because I found home away from home. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

5 Star Stay
5/5 stars
Recently we stayed for a week at the Cooper Mountain Retreat. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: smooth check-in, comfy beds, beautiful neighborhood, spacious rooms, cozy blankets, etc. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge advantage. Love all the little extras-games, coffee, microwave popcorn, and cold water bottles in the fridge. The dog barking next door was mildly annoying in the mornings but that's out of the homeowners' control. It would have been nice to have one more tv in the house as the main one in the living room tended to be a little glitchy(in the grand scheme of things a minor issue). Trevor was great to deal with and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. We will gladly stay again in the Cooper Mountain Retreat.

Terrific Stay
5/5 stars
My husband and I and our married children had a terrific stay at this large and well-maintained home. We were pleased by the spacious kitchen which had plenty of room for cooking and was well-supplied. We ate indoors at two of the three eating spaces and also on the large deck surrounded by gardens and trees. We hadn’t realized there were two large living rooms. Both had comfortable seating. The house is in a residential area about a half hours drive from downtown Portland. Since we are walkers, we were glad to find walking trails and a hiking area a couple blocks from the home. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent Home for Family Weekend
5/5 stars
I booked this house for a family and friends gathering and am so happy that I chose this place. It is conveniently located and had every amenity I could hope for. The rooms are larger than they appeared in the photos and very comfortable. The house is warm, inviting and I couldn't be more pleased. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and upgraded which is always a plus. Corey, the property manager, is extremely responsive to questions. If I called, he picked up. If I texted or emailed, he responded very quickly. I loved the home. It felt comfortable like my own home. I would definitely book this place again.
