Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Fabulous Stay in Beaver Creek!

We have stayed multiple times at the St. James Place and we have never been disappointed. The apartment is in the heart of all Beaver Creek Activity and just steps away from the Centennial Mountain lift. The local Marketplace to pick up odds and ends is literally down the steps from the Apartment. Blue Moose Pizzeria and many other restaurants are all walking distance from the Apartment. The location of the apartment makes for a 6 Star experience. The apartment itself is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. With two full Bathrooms, Full Kitchen and most importantly in-suite Washer / Dryer, it makes for an incredible stay both long term and short. We look forward to returning next season!

We were very pleased with our stay. This condo is conveniently located near the ice rink, walking distance to the lifts, shops, restaurants, and 3pm slope-side cookies. The unit was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

We just spent 4 nights in this condo and it was wonderful! itrip made it so easy to check in and the front desk staff was so helpful. We were able to pull our car up to the condo front door and unpack all of our belongings! Then easily find a parking space in the heated garage. The condo is right next door to the ski lockers and fitness center. You never have to get in an elevator! The condo itself is well stocked with dishes, cups, pots & pans, crock pot etc! Once we parked our car, we didn't get back in it until we left - everything is right there! The ski lifts are about a 5-10 min walk, there are numerous restaurants in the village, an ice skating rink, a market, shops etc. The hot tub and indoor pool were also great! We love Beaver Creek and will definitely be back to this place!

This was our second stay!

We love this house. Would be perfect if there was a bit more view but we are out of the house most of the day and in winter it’s dark early. The house has everything you need and it’s very well maintained. Skiroom is right beside the unit. It’s perfect for our ski vacation!

Outstanding Location in Beaver Creek

We just wrapped up a wonderful 5 day experience in Beaver Creek at the St. James Place #9 location. This Condo was ideally located in the heart of Beaver Creek. It was spacious and comfortable and located within walking distance to the ski lifts, local restaurants and the area market was just down the steps below. Check-in was easy, they had a heated garage for our vehicle under the unit. We have been coming to Beaver Creek annually and this was a game changer for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St James place! Everything in the condo was as described in the listing. Comfortable bed in the master- really appreciated the King sized bed!! Just a 4-5 min walk to the closest lift and a little general store less than a minute away. The front desk workers at St James we’re super helpful- everything from restaurant recs to finding stamps and my kids enjoyed the hot chocolate machine in the lobby! We would definitely come back!!!
