**Please note, there will be construction underway in the summer and fall of 2024 in another building about 200 feet away from this home. There is a large barrier around the project to stifle some of the sounds of construction, and all work is restricted to the hours between 8am and 6pm, however, we want to be transparent about the possibility of noise being heard from the property during the day.
