With over 2,000 square feet of living space, a large vaulted ceiling, 3 decks and plenty of windows, Blackbeard’s Return is very spacious, with updated floors, appliances, kitchenware, furniture, linens/towels and much more. With temporary memberships, available to purchase both Shoals Club and BHI Club you will have access to many amenities, golf and restaurants.
Blackbeard’s Return has 2 bedrooms considered the owner suites on the 1st floor for those that need to have easy access. A large screened in porch is also on the 1st floor with views of the golf course. The top floor deck has views of the ocean and beach. Blackbeard’s Return also comes with two, 4 seat golf carts, a large outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs.

***At "Blackbeard's Return" there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.
**Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2022 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details****

***This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $350
**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
**Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict
tenants and guests with no refund given.
*Bikes are available but not guaranteed
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***
Bald Head Island Activities:
-Rent a bike at Coastal Urge or Riverside Adventure Company.
-Rent a stand up paddle board or kite board from Coastal Urge as well!
-Climb Old Baldy Lighthouse by visiting the Smith Island Museum.
-Go on a historic island tour from the Old Baldy Foundation.
-Take a ghost walk, sail, surf, or kayak with the Sail Shop.
-Take a hike on the M. Kent Mitchell Nature Trail.
-For a guided hike, guided kayak, or guided canoe trip visit the Bald Head Island Conservancy.
-Visit the Island Retreat Spa and Salon for all your relaxation needs.

- Outside of Airbnb rules and restrictions, all guests will have to agree to the iTrip Vacations NC Beaches Vacation Rental Agreement

- Registered Guests must be 25 years or age or older
- Bookings created by guests under 25 years of age will be cancelled without refund
